See that's the thing - we do want duel occupancy, but only for a couple of days - would just save so much hassle of packing all the boxes, my dad is down the road and has access to a van to move furniture - so no costs would be incurred. All our contents are insured anyway so would jsut check with the insurance company that they are covered for the move and adjust accordingly. Would just much rather march in, paint my sons bedrooms and then transfer our belongings up and then march out. The bonus being that it's saving public money. A friend thinks that duel occupancy can be allowed in these circumstances?0

I think you've misunderstood what i meant.
You will be able to keep both quarters at the same time.
But, if you keep them both for more than 2 weeks you will pay for them both (rent x2, ciloct x2).
So move into the new quarter on the 1st of August.
Hand back the old quarter on the 14th of August. (dates example purposes only)
You'll only pay one lot of acoom charges in the above example and have 14 days with the quarter empty to prepare it for a good hand back.
If you keep both quarters for more than 14 days you will pay double accom and double ciloct.
Book the appointments early as they quickly fill up this time of year!0 -
