Guns and Banjos, you share your birthday with Ella Fitzgerald, Al Pacino, Renee Zelweger and John Hannah!

And my Nan who is 91 today :)

Happy Birthday G&B. Hope you have a lovely day and you are managing to juggle uni with LO. Are you about to finish 3rd year? Will you stay on for Honours?

Heading over to my Mums to see Nan. Then I have an eye appt in Edinburgh. Cousin is coming over at 4 to do reflexology. I am leaving OH to do the dailies as he left the kitchen like a cowp yesterday!

    I'm in this week!

I have been lurking shamelessly for 2 weeks, picking and choosing the tasks I want to tackle! Thanks for the inspiration, I really needed this kick to get me moving again!

Off to the tip and the garden centre now before it gets too warm!

I will need to do a bit of flying as my very critical MIL is visiting today - she who runs her finger over the tops of my doors to check whether they are dusted. I just love it when DH invites her over:(

Tell her to clean it herself or not come if she doesn't like it.. I would purposely not clean the tops of doors if she does that and when she moans tell her it was your draught excluders!!

    Cheeky cow!!

We're up... since 7:15.. just eating and OH is away to play in the kitchen
    DW and both WMs on

I am going to see if I can get the evil worksurface in the kitchen cleared today.. there is a huge pile for charity shop!

in my hhc (well 25 mins but nevermind) i have...
put washing into tumble dryer and put it on (going to rain)
    loaded and put on washer..
atempted to find school uniforms for tomorow,
put de nitting lotion on kids
picked up junk from living room floor,
re cycled empty easter egg boxes,
    made coffee,
    changed plug on vacume cleaner

i may actually use the vacume cleaner but to be honest its easier waiting until i have cleaned out the quail and budgies, the finches were cleaned out last night so i dont need to do that yet
  • Thank you to FLC!
I must get my @r$e back in gear with this flyladying.
So today I shall be having a good hhc of each room.
I need to go to Morrisons though 1st & get some essentials.
Love, (((hugs))) & spoons to those in need

  • Morning all

Stick/Spoons and hugs to all who need or want them.

Happy Birthday to gunsnbanjos:bdaycake:and to SSL nan.

Silvermaid I think I'm luck MIL, is not a clean freak, she thinks life to short for an overly clean house. On the other hand my DM is the only person who taked the cooker appart to clean it but it is my sister who is the critical one. So I advised her not to visit or keep her mouth shut.:D

I need to give everywhere a once over and OH is taking his bike back to the Bike place to have it looked at as it was making funny noises while out yesterday and he is off on the coast to coast next weekend and then the world is my oyster...or so OH says but I bet he get to the bikeshop starts talking to the fellas there and forget where he lives as he has done this before.:(
