I woke up at 6.15am!! And I got up :D I have never, EVER, EVER been up so early on a BH :rotfl:I took the dog for an early morning walk at our local nature reserve, as it was high tide. The bird song is lovely - cleanses the soul :)
I have had breakfast and S&S the downstairs loo

I am going to try and clear some stuff off my list. I will be back later to let you know how I have got on :)

Morning all :) WM on, animals fed and cup of coffee decluttered :)

mummyroysof3 :) What about: chicken drumsticks - foil on the end for ease of holding, chocolate rice krispie/cornflake cakes, breadsticks and dips, (little ones will knaw for a while on these but not for ones too young), pasties, ice-cream and jelly, pizza or pizza fingers, cadburys mini rolls.
Is it a boys or girls party? With the chicken drumsticks you can give them a name such as Cowboy Joe's drummers :) Depends if you are going for a theme :)
    HTH :) Good luck :)

Can anyone help me please? I've seen a job for an LSO in a comprehensive school - I currently work as a classroom support worker in an FE college but have worked in Primary and comprehensive schools also. The pay for the job in the comprehensive school is advertised as £15,725 - £19,126 Term Time only. Does anyone know how to work out the net pay per month please? It doesn't say pro rata or annum and this is where I'm confused. I have used an online salary calculator and the wage seems good - a bit too good so not sure if I've got it right?

    Thanking you kindly :)
    Jen x

morning all, I used to do the challenges but as per usual i fell off the waggon and my house is now a mess. over the weekend i painted the hallway and have actually got walking space in there again. so after my huge lightbulb/depresssive/omgwtfhaveibeendoing moment and a verry sleepless night, i am all fresh this morning to actually face facts, get my finances and my house sorted out..theres no excuse for it, i should stop being so stupid and just do it.

I think i am going for level ones this week. its going to take a good few weeks to get to a level i can manage.

Hey lovecrafting don't be so hard on yourself hunny x Everyone has fallen off the wagon at some point - I do practically every week! Concentrate on the positive and pat yourself on the back for every little step closer - it sounds silly but it works :) I am one of the laziest people I know when it comes to housework - I am enthusiastic about everything else I do but have always hated housework! I have found that in the last couple of days however I have been getting my bum in gear and actually enjoying it :D
Maybe we could help each other :) Also there is heaps of support on here - everyone is very welcoming :)
On that note I am ready to start a HHC in ten minutes if anyone wishes to join me? It's only to help me along with my dallies but wondering if anyone would like to join in?
    Welcome back lovecrafting :j

I will need to do a bit of flying as my very critical MIL is visiting today - she who runs her finger over the tops of my doors to check whether they are dusted. I just love it when DH invites her over:(

Damn, that's cheeky. If you clean the doors, will she find something else instead:eek:
