In between watching bits of the wedding Ive made a shepherds pie and a load of washing done.

Im off to tidy up the kitchen and hang the washing on the airers as its started to rain. Hope it stops so I can go to DDs.

Need to get onto O2 who said yesterday my bolt on would be on by this morning and its not.

My thoughts with you and your family. Hugs.

seafarers wife. Congratulations to you both.

Hugs and spoons for Toots. Lady L and Lamewolf.

    Seafarers - congratulations :j

Haven't done much! Been watching the wedding :D
I have dusted off 3 of the 5 blinds in my bedroom whilst the TV was on. DH has rummaged in the loft & finally found the stand for our solar powered water feature, and has set that up. He was watching the wedding for a bit, but when they started commenting on hats & designers too much he said he was off 'cos he was turning into a girl!! :rotfl:

I agree about the dress. I am glad she didn't wear something like they do on 'My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding' :D Way too tacky! She (and her sister, and Mum) looked so elegant :)

I ought to do something now. Just waiting for 'kiss' on the balcony first :D

DD3's drawers sorted... and I made her put away all her clean stuff.

Just eating as my blood sugars just dropped massively so I feel odd.. hate it when it does that.. I have just realised it does it a lot when squeak feeds .. note to self.. eat before feeding her!!

Sorting boys drawers when I stop shaking..

Looks like the past two weeks has caught up with the Vallikids - they're still in bed!

was typing in the dark because I CBA to stand up, turn round and switch the light on :rotfl:

I like weddings and that is one gorgeous dress - and Pippa looked lovely too - and Mrs M...
Had a call from the bank - sop much for bank holidays and they wanted to discuss things - was I busy - w-e-e-l-l not as such BUT I was watching something on tv - I missed the vows THEN realised I could rewind.

    Aww congrats Seafarer's

3 lots of washing on the line...black bin washed out (I had dried 'bin juice' in there and a bag of rubbish - the one that had been in there two weeks almost - had stuck to the dried 'juice' so I have rebagged it, too and I heard the rumble of the recycling lorry - not having put my box and bag out so out they went.

I am cruelly making the boys tidy the play room. If the same energy went into tidying as was put into putting it off then this place would be spotless
I know what you mean; when I was working (ie paid work):D we had people who expended more energy in getting out of doing anything than if they'd got on and done what they were being paid to do!

    Seafarers - congratulations.

Much flying has happened in the Wolf's Lair; the awkward-to-get-to corner cupboard in the kitchen has been emptied, cleaned to within an inch of its life, the contents gone through and some extraneous beer glasses put out to give to the CAMRA branch for the beer festival tombola, and everything else put back tidy.

Similar task has been done on my wardrobe, with some stuff being put in the RSPCA box - including the jeans which I can not only get on without undoing, but could probably fit into one and a half times!:D Mr LW was very patient, helping me in and out of the items I needed to try on before deciding if I should keep them or not.

There's a lot more to go through, (loads of drawers, which I really need to totally rearrange), but I'm out of spoons for now.

We've also cooked and eaten dins - sausage, egg and chips - and hopefully in a bit we'll tackle the crockery cupboard, which was deferred when Piggers put it on the list, as I need help to deal with it.

Can I join you all? New to the site and as you can see I am in a mess in several ways...... don't even get me started about the hole I live in. Anyone got a shovel to help me get started?
