Thanks MG - I was putting a space in between the Mr and the F... bit of a dizzy moment. I'll leave it till this evening, hopefully he'll have got the site going again by then and be a bit less busy.

Do you know what? I think someone in the office might have done just that... she has disappeared from her desk and no one knows where she is! Very odd. I came back from my lunchtime walk to find my boss and my bosses boss having a furtive conversation. Obviously, I did not eavesdrop, but because we are open plan, I did hear "well, she is going to have to..." I don't know of whom they speak...or indeed of what they speak... but I am hoping it is cowbag and they have told her to act her age and not her shoe size. Right... I have a meeting to prepare for. And then (hopefully) head for town for some (very light) retail therapy and onwards to choir!

Positive vibes that someone has finally told her to get a grip.

My offer still stands though if they won't/can't/too chicken to have a word ;) :rotfl:

Are you eligible for the Warmfront scheme? Might be worth a look you know.

Hello all, you lot cant half talk. Too much to catch up on so just jumping in here.
Claire - I second the warmfront idea. Failing that could your OH also get a CU loan as well as you that will add it up a bit or have you applied jointly? As long as you can afford to pay it back that is.

Any change, any loss, does not make us victims. Others can shake you, surprise you,

disappoint you, but they can't prevent you from acting, from taking the situation you're

presented with and moving on. No matter where you are in life, no matter what your

situation, you can always do something. You always have a choice and the choice can

I thought it was quite good so decided to share

No I tried last year but because the boiler is working and I can get hot water they wouldn't change it.

I did qualify cause of the DLA, but cause the boiler is working I didn't IYSWIM.

So any ideas how I can find the money would be great.
