MG - how about getting DS1 to create a childrens' activity book (or a section on your blog) as he does these things over the summer? Perhaps with advice on how to make the activities accessible for little brothers...

:jfor Souk and for the list of things to do when bored - day one here so they aren't too bad yet! Have already packed car with all camping gear and it all fits, just got to get food and clothes sorted and dh is going to make the traditional first night curry when he gets in later.

Off for a few days - what is the new thread going to be called cos will probably not be around till Sunday at the earliest?

    Woohoo Souk - well done:j

How about timing how quickly one can finish a jig saw puzzle (I and my brother used to time eachother doing this fairly easy puzzle - I can still remember the picture, it was the piano playing dog from the muppets)

Learning to do tapestry (older one)

Hunt that weed (in the garden)

    Learn to name a bird

    Animal/Space/dinosaurs quiz

Trust me - that game has entirely different connotations for an ex-Soho Club manager :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Greenbee: hope you are doing OK health wise, and hint taken r.e. Claire

Claire: am more than happy to proofread etc. Just get in contact either here or t'other side.

Everyone: I need a serious bum-kicking as greenbee has got it right: I'm avoiding my CV, and I can't afford to - quite literally, as well as figuratively.

As a result, here's tomorrow's to do list:

    Put money in bank
Go to library to pay sponsorship money
    Finish LinkedIn profile
Update my CV and send to recruitment agencies
    Practice music
    Tidy room
    Make lentil soup
    Tidy room
Arrange to take godsons to see Harry Potter
    Return clothes to shop
See if can return toiletries to shop (probably not)

If I can't cross them all off tomorrow night, virtually shout at me very loudly, and feel free to give me a prod during the day as well.

    Yours, annoyed-at-herselfly,

    SunFlower
