Sounds weird, I went to animal care college to do BTEC level three and that was after I had done Msc in economics.
Yep, it does sound weird. It's possible they might have introduced a rule if they have a limited number of places and a lot of demand. I would try to speak to the course leader if you can - even if you can't get on the course right now, they might have other ideas for experience/ courses you could take.Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

Pah!!!! Back at the Osteopath today - she is a vicious vicious cow (just kidding!!!!) Mind you I am walking a lot straighter now so that is fabby.
DS2 is still out with his Gran at the "Cow cafe" - the local indoor play centre and DS1 is upstairs creating another Youtube / Pokemon masterpiece.
Had a chat with one of the Mentors (Yes!!!!!!! the gorgeous French one :T) - about the labels we wear. We know we shouldn't but we do - don't we?
He was laughing at me saying I feel strange admitting I am a writer and stranger thinking of being a scriptwriter - I mean really hooting!!! He rightly pointed out that as I am actually writing a script I am de facto a scriptwriter!!! Hate it when they are right
He suggests that tomorrow we have a one-day personal challenge - that instead of having our usual labels we choose one for ourselves, preferably something totally cool and outrageous so we can have a day of "lets pretend"
Can't make up my mind who I want to be tomorrow - spaceman? ballet dancer? Burlesque Queen? Elephant??????????????
Mind you I don't think I'm brave enough to do the whole "dressing up" thing just yet :rotfl:FINALLY AND OFFICIALLY DEBT FREESmall Emergency Fund £500 / £500

Oooh, I'm up for being a Burlesque dancer tomorrow MG (just saw the film on Saturday). Mind you I'd need to lose 3 stone, plus 25 years :rotfl:.0 -
Morning all, Willow see you are already catching the postive vibe. Amazing what this group of woman can do to motivate a soul.
That said I am having aday. I should be happier than Larry (whoever he is) and I am most of the time but why, oh why do I keep walking head long into an argument as if I am blindfolded when I set off with the greatest intentions to not say the wrong thing and thus create one?
All my life I have been told that I am a glass half full person, full of positivity, reasonable, fair, understanding. Seems lately that (to one person at least) I am the antithesis of all this and I am beginning to believe that perhaps I am...............
Still I am not going to let this get me down. I am not, not, not going to spend the day crying again!!!!
So, ask yourself this - what would have made you change? You see, I don't believe it's likely that you have changed - so perhaps the other person involved has changed to suddenly start seeing you differently?🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Interesting read... and my dad is "all of the above". Which is more than a little :eek::eek::eek:
What shall I be tomorrow? I am not sure. I don't think I really want to be super efficient accountant tomorrow. Maybe warm and cuddly homemaker. Or maybe crafty creative bohemian type. I shall think about it on the drive home tonight."A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort"Herm Albright 1876-19440 -
I'm going to give it all up and just be an elephant...
Ooh oh can I be ElmerI'd just LOVE to be that colourful :rotfl: Failing that I am most definately going to be the ballerina. Although the thought of going "en pointe" again makes my toes curl up in horror
Cheri - Hugs lovey EH makes a good point about the other person changing rather than you xxx
Marru - Breathe. Is there anywhere private you can have a mini explosion?? xxx
Went to a memorial service for a fellow tap dancer who sadly lost her fight with cancer. it was a lovely service and her children both gave wonderful readings they'd written about their mum. Terribly sad and yet wonderful to sit in a church and listen to Led Zepplin. Have made me mindful of my own situation and how thankful I am to have the loved ones I do around me.I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks
