Happy Birthday MG and Ang. Also congratulations to Parsnip on the wee nipper.

I'm knackered after doing Third Sector parade - according to map my walk I've only done 5 miles in total today (although that doesn't include the shops) but my legs tell a different story.

Hugs to anyone who needs them xxx

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MG AND ANG . MG I often this of this person when I think of you for some reason http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HgqD826HGuI and she is singing just for you and Ang

Welcome little Charley-Joe. (sorry but boy or girl) Hope you are ok after that long labour Parsnip.

Sunflower - congratulations, sometimes we just know that we have to stop doing something that makes us unhappy but not many have the courage to carry it through.

    Waiting for the reveal.

    Waiting for the reveal.

Now I've just had to explain to the boys why I was dancing around the room in my underwear

    That is exactly my era:rotfl::rotfl:

Well Mr F and I have been tinkering all day - and finally I have something kinda like how I would like my new project to look.

I think you guys have worked out that I have FINALLY been strongarmed into creating a new Blog - and its taken me a wee while to organise because

    1. I wanted it to be a really practical "Here's How" site
    2. I wanted to be able to take baby steps
    3. I wanted to concentrate on one major goal at a time
    4. I wanted to work it around the 7 sections in my wheel of life, using each day of the week as a focus for one particular section.
    5. I wanted to be able to incorporate Mind Maps.

................... and 6 - well its scarey stepping away from just "opening my mouth and letting my belly rumble" - which is kind of how the posts on here evolve.

But I have a plan - actually a huge Mind Map constructed from all the stuff you have asked to learn more about in all the previous threads.

So if you fancy chipping in, fancy seeing what I ate today (cake included) slip on over to my homepage for a quick look - there's only a couple of posts so won't take you too long.

And in response to all of us trying to lose weight - the first official challenge is to lose the three stone that have snuck up on me (only last week I swear:rotfl:)

Hope you had as lovely a birthday as I did - another who shares the day!

OH took me out to pick up the annual tub of Hagen Daz & am single handedly polishing off a pound of cherries! The joys of simple pleasures are often under rated.
