    HAPPY BIRTHDAY MG!!!

Now come on, when's the big reveal?

I am going to have a think this weekend about how to make my days a bit more productive, and have a look at how I can fit more in without feeling like I am neglecting BBB. I am also thinking instead of writing a list of what I want to achieve in a day/week, and then not managing to finish it all off and getting down, I should maybe write a list at the end of each day of what I HAVE achieved, that will maybe make me feel more positive at the end of each day, instead of worrying about what I haven't done IYSWIM? Any tips very gratefully received.

    Have a lovely Saturday all.

Morning lovely ladies - thanks for all your messages.

Was woken by a very excited DS2 bearing a "picture of mummy" he had done at Childrens house, which is now proudly dispalyed in the fridge. Its very, erm!!! Impressionistic :rotfl:

He then anounced that it was time to get up and make cake - so we did.

Turns out he just wanted to do the "licky licky" of the beaters and the bowl - so I guess thats breakfast taken care of then

I'm not that bad a Mum, honest :D Will go and make them breakfast in a moment.

I opened two cards that arrived yesterday - one from the guy I wrote my first two books with - very elegant, the other from the "one that got away and I will catch one day beween wives :rotfl:". On that one there is a quote
" There comes a time in every womans life when the only thing that helps is a glass of champagne" Bette Davis

............... who I hereby nominate as the founding member of the Matrix "advanced" course :rotfl:

Off to feed a howling cat - and kids of course.

Back later to get myself orgaised.

BTW - another wee payment to the Freedom Fund made. Pennies that will one day become pounds.

I have been much more productive ONLY concentrating on doing three things per day............ then doing the most difficult first.

That's over 1000 things per year - and I never get to the end of the day annoyed that I haven't done my whole list.

PS Reveal to happen as soon as I have uploaded some bits n bobs

Cheery Daff can I just say I followed your link and liked your what you don't do list! And I thought your Blog is lovely, very inspiring, beautiful photos and a great read. It made me feel like the sun is shining even though it isn't IYSWIM!

Oh and so far I have stripped the bed and am soaking the sheets in some Napisan in the hope it might remove the general grubiness, and have got a load of washing on. And have, fed, watered and played with BBB who is now exhausted and having a nap.

Thanks for the 3 things tip MG, that sounds achievable! I'll count the washing as my first thing.

And hurrah for Bette Davis too, I completely agree, it is 10.44 and I could really do with a glass RIGHT now!!

I am lurking but not posting, it moves a little too quickly for me, but I am sending positive thoughts to those who need them (i.e. all of us) and am relieved that I am not the only one feeling that life is rather quiet for me :rotfl:

I will be on the hunt for a rescue dog sooner rather than later :( and am off to Italy for a harp workshop in 2 1/2 weeks and am just trying to get through day to day life and look after myself properly in the mean time :)

I lost track of the daily heart singing thing a few weeks ago so must get back on track with this.
