Er, tenmah, that's because we're making most of them up as we go along... :rotfl: :rotfl: At least I was at the beginning - perhaps you're all writing existing songs and I don't know them either?! :rotfl: :rotfl:

All right - we are making up dodgy lyrics, but Mum can trump all our efforts.

My Mum has just got rid of the kids playing football against her garage doors by playing this:

Pretty sure this comes under the heading of "Cruel and Unusual Punishment" even though the Community Bobby thought it so funny he radioed his mates to come around and listen.

Good idea of your mums..i had a wasps nest in my compost bin when the local brats decided to hit a ball against our fence...they f'd at me when i told them to stop it. I just smiled and said not a problem as the wasps would sort it as they were getting angry..:) i loved seeing them run.:rotfl: I think the songs are a better idea though, and sadly we had to get rid of the wasps nest as it got a bit dangerous...but i never told the brats that we had.;)
Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

I am now swaying along to Sydney Divine and singing along! And I am on blackcurrant squash with no other "additives" so to speak!! :D It is a bit of an "earworm" though! I shall hum that tomorrow whilst resisting the urge to smack people in the mouth! :D

Actually, a cheap bit of entertainment for you. Get a glass of wine, think of a song from your youth, put it into you tube and find the original video. Sit back and enjoy. Then, if you have more than one person in the room, choose another song and keep going until you run out of ideas... or are laughing so hard that it hurts.

And if you want a giggle... try searching for "Disco Frog Kermit". I swear... I nearly wet myself on Saturday when I found this on Youtube at my besties house! :D In fact... I might go and see it again just to cheer myself up! :D

Aargh! Can't be dealing with the muppets!

Just listening to an 80's compilation at the moment - some memories in among this lot I can tell you! :D

I've been good again food-wise today - roast beef & horseradish roll, apple, melon & strawberries and 2 x clementines for lunch, and a sort of spicy pork stew with rice (a FAR smaller portion of rice than I have been used to!) and a pile of salad for tea. Had some more melon a short while ago, but now require distraction as am craving crisps. Am I hungry? No. Am I bored? Also no. It is purely a habit and an "I want" thing. :o The weekend is going to be just relaxing and eating what I like, except that I suspect I am enough in the mindset now that making healthier choices is going to be part of it. I refuse to go camping and not eat bacon sarnies for breakfast several times though! :rotfl:

Loving all the songs by the way! :D

When I'm feeling carrpy, I like this: http://www.rathergood.com/independent_woman it always makes me smile and there are many other good tracks on there!

Woo hoo! Day 3 of my vegan adventure has gone well - I've had a couple of glasses of wine tonight so can't remember what I had for lunch, fruit and some crackers I think....and dinner was crackers, asparagus and hummous, and wine... ;)

Managed to eat a lot of frogs by being in the office, and might have to go back in tomorrow *yawn* to chomp some more....grrr

'Mner mner' is mine and DD's favourite Muppet track, we sing along to it a lot :) I think YT must be the best website in the world, just clicked on to Hong Kong Phooey and Jamie and the Magic Torch :) I must go to bed or I'll be up all night clicking on various things on there!
