Office shoes - dye feet orange and cannot get a refund!!!

Definitely push for a refund. Photos always help, and put it in writing (to head office/customer services). Keep it factual and see what they say

I have on rare occasions had shoe dye come off onto my toes, usually when out in the rain. But it seems to me that the dye isn't fixed into the leather, or the leather hasn't been washed properly. Heavens, if the dye came out of leather that easily, we'd have real problems with our dark leather sofa (which we don't!).
I'm astounded that the shop refused to address your complaint...!0 -
My only experience of something like this was with the News of the World newspaper, and a refund was refused because I had, apparently, not been using it for its (primary) intended purpose.

I've fixed your post for you.

As the mods decided to remove my right to reply, but not to the comment which I found offensive in the first place, I shall quote once again.Actually, I don't believe you did. You actually decided that you would badly attempt a little humour by ridiculing others for their rather personal choice of footwear because it doesn't conform to your ideals to try and make yourself look intelligent.
You failed.
If you insist on removing posts, it wouldn't hurt to show some impartiality.0
