Am currently recieving Carers allowance as a carer for both my parents (only child).
On income support- is this part of CA?
Have managed to lift my longstanding depression by alternative methods- I'm a bit wacky in that way
Will be a bleeding relief. Will not be getting anything just cos I'm a Mum/wife (just a carer), and can see the woods for the trees for the first time in years! Went from a lavish lifestyle to benefits, and I cannot tell you how much it makes you want to give up.
Having read this thread and your other one I think now would be a good time to visit your GP, the alternative methods you are using for your longstanding depression don't seem to be working and now might be time to seek the appropriate help that you require.
Happy Easter.*SIGH*0 -
You do have a very confusing way of expressing yourself here and if that is a reflexion of how you communicate with the DWP, it might not be a case of them being inept but of them struggling to comprehend what your intentions and requests are.
I haven't read anything else from you, but I do find your attitude quite offensive too. It seems you have never worked in your life (or did I get this wrong?) and even though you are now looking after your parents, it a choice that you made. I find it quite shocking that you can refer to people who ARE working and contributing NI to support your decision to be a carer as inept. If you don't like it, go to work, pay a nurse to look after your parents during the day if required, be self reliant and then you won't need to care about the ineptcy of DWP staff.0 -

Daughter has her second driving test (all paid for by him and don't talk about the first one) in a couple of weeks. Then I really will feel weird. My last duties of drop offs etc.
I need a good solicitor!
Happy Easter everyone.

A stalker and indeed 'unhinged' with psychopathic tendencies - that was the response I got from her 'hangers on' for having the audacity to question and justify an 'opinion' of me.
It is quite pathetic really, but one should feel a degree of sympathy fo someone whose life revolves around this forum - a very sad existence indeed.
unfortunately dmg is very well known for this behaviour, you have to feel for someone so sad:(Martin has asked me to tell you I'm about to cut the cheese, pull my finger.0 -
