well if you think 21 days is good then your in another world. hopeless and at no stage have i been informed along the way. i wrote to you via post and still no reply to the letter either. hopeless how dare you think you have resolved this matter. not even been told why you could not tell me within the time before i chased you. hopeless service and you have been told. i wish to hear from head of customer services in regards this you have my detials but in case you cant find them as you could not find my address to deliver to.
  • Hi - just to say that I've been encountering severe problems with Swinco. Over a month with no delivery, and a couple of vague excuses. No promise to refund my £50, emails ignored, and phone not picked up. The website now appears to be down.
Will let you know the result of the Google Wallet dispute resolution process.
In reply to the above post, I used Approved Foods last month and it all worked out fine.
  • I managed to get my money back after contacting Google Wallet who in turn had contacted SWINCO. I got an email from Paul and it was then sorted out, although my original order was lost and I had to make a new order as things were then out of stock. I too have noticed the website is down - hope the company is still trading!! Don't forget you can also try to claim your money back using 'chargeback' rules if you paid by a debit card. I also did this and would have got my money back that way according to my bank if I had not been successful with Google wallet. Good luck.
  • I come across a new Facebook group called Wholesome Deals UK that sells cheap short dated organic food products, check it out! Great Bargains! :D
