Yeah, I think the term "(un)barred" is more appropriate and easily understood when referring to a phone whose IMEI has been blacklisted.

ive never heard the imei changing called unblocking, more often or not its refered to as cloning.

Does that auction look strange to you or anyone? Especially the 2nd bidder 'pushing the price' up like that? They must have known the value because they'd bought a phone before.

Might be better on the eBay board; they'll understand it better.

The 2nd bidder who pushed the price up is the same person as the seller. If you look at the 2nd bidders history, they have bought 5 out of 6 items from this same guy in the past. Bit too much of a co-incidence for me.

£100???? I sold 2 to the same person for just under £40 all in. I was happy just to give someone else a good deal. Of course, i kept the top up vouchers for myself.

Definitely something strange going there. If he is doing schill bidding, then it is illegal and ebay could ban him.
