Dont forget that you can return at no cost within 28 days. I think Virgin send out a pre-paid envelope for the return. Simply return and place another order.
Incidentally, does anyone know if Virgin have an overall max per person (like the Tesco 5 max) ? I know that the website will only take orders for 2 at a time.0 -
Can somebody please explain what is in the Sim joining pack? Do you require the joining pack to connect youre phone to Virgin or will the £20 credit still set the account up0

The enclosed sim card has £5 credit on it - if you insert that sim you have a phone with a new number - then use the £20 voucher code to increase the overall credit. If you already have a virgin number and don't want to swap, then just insert your old sim card and use the £20 voucher for that number (you could then sell the new sim if you really wanted to).0 -
Is it just me, or are these now £20 with a £10 free top up voucher instead?0
