Damage to Driveway from delivery

    When I was building my house, the deliveries were always specified to kerbside only. In fact I had built a road of scaffold planks over soft earth and for the most part the lorries were ok on it.
    I can afford anything that I want.
    Just so long as I don't want much.

    well phoned them up and emailled photos of the damage and the manager said he would come out to see the driveway. He came out today and said not a problem, he will speak to some driveway/tarmac people they use and personally organise getting it repaired and apologised for the damage and inconvenience. I thanked him and said no worries as accidents do happen.
