icon1.gifpoor credit score & remortgage needed
I am currently paying off a 30 grand debt via a dmp with the CCCS.Recently my fixed rate on my C & G mortgage ended. They agreed to refix it at 5.54% but would not lend the extra 30 grand on top to consoladate the other debts into the mortgage, due most likely to a credit score of 485 being afforded to me.I have never missed a mortgage or utility payment.I know I should talk to an adviser but I just wondered if anyone could point out the better lenders if any for this sort of situation as I am afraid of basically being ripped off due to my total naivety on this subject.

Now take my point. I am totally impartial and I do not sell from this site it is pleasure not business,I therefore have no bias.
I am entitled to a view and I resent that being seen as bickering by those who sell mortgages.
I have attempted to ignore personal comments by brokers, but I must now defend my corner ,I have reported some abuse ,those I considered of a personal nature and they have been removed, borderline abuse has been ignored ,as I wish to retain a sense humour. This post is not aimed directly at you ,but is a general defense against a clique mentality.

This is an absolute joke - could you tell me why it's perfectly acceptable for YOU to make nasty little comments to people who work in the call centre industry Ken?
You've proved with your posts regarding mortgages that all your 'view' consists of is posting links to articles.
  • Like you say andy its one rule for kenshaz and another for the brokers. I am determined to get this vicious little jack russell barred from this site, and will stop at nothing until he has gone.I want these forums to benefit the forum users again and not be used as a canvass for his deluded and illogical outpourings

Well said. I'm sick of him slating anyone from the industry (brokers and non-brokers alike) who tries to help people, using their knowledge, whilst he thinks that cutting and pasting a link to an article with no relevance to the OPs thread, or posting abusive posts whilst hypocritically slagging off other people for making 'personal comments' is constructive.
  • we are not the only brokers that want him removed it seems

This thread has become about as much use as a Betamax. Or am I the only one old enough to know what that is?
