MortgageMamma wrote:Kenshaz why then have you made personal attacks against me? At the risk of sounding less mature than I actually am, you actually started this by having a go at me and trying to undermine me with your persistent attacks. Be careful you don't say anything that could be construed as libellous, because I am serious when I say I won't take anymore of your personal attacks.
AndrewS. Really you should know better than to post something like that, you know how it feels to be attacked by this forum user, even though he only did it the once to you. Imagine getting that consistently? How would you feel? The last thing I needed was a statement like that to make me feel even worse.
I don't know why I bother helping on this site if this how I am going to be spoken about.

The sympathy card is always pulled out ,I have made numerous abuse reports ,all with personal attacks ,this is all recorded ,so it is unbelievable when the clique then rallies round ,but only to be expected.
I challenge any -one to show a comment on this thread that has been directed at any individual, with their name in the post,of an unpleasant nature. To be happy you need to make someone happy.0 -
perhaps you could tell us who you believe the members of this "clique" are ?Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0

Dont Be Put Off By Advice A couple of months back I logged a couple of different threads relating to my need to remortgage to clear outstanding debts, currently being dealt with via a dmp with the CCCS.I have 2 defaults & a credit score of 485 which is classed as very poor.I was advised by several people on this column that I would be lucky to find another lender willing to lend below a rate of 8% & lucky to even to find one to lend at all!

Well, with nothing to lose but thinking I may be wasting my time,I tried London & Country & to my amazment they come back with a mortgage with the Abbey at a rate of 4.88% which we have now been formally offered, which I am over the moon with.:j
So anyone in a similar boat dont take everything you read on here as gospel go to a broker to see how the land really lies.
I am bored with all this,so just to remind us all what the original theme of this thread was and draw line under over reacting posts.
We need feed back like this,it brings every-one back down to earth ,and makes the ''ordinary poster ''aware of the impact of this forum. But confirming information is essential and that is what happened.Martin coivers that point .It’s an open forum! Anyone can post so always exercise caution when acting on infoTo be happy you need to make someone happy.0 -
kenshaz wrote:All my critics should now be silenced .I am always happy to name London & Country, some are afraid of the competition.I have sat back and watched, observe how this clique now closes ranks.
Theres one kenshaz, the very beginning of your attacksI am a Mortgage Adviser

kenshaz wrote:This thread Yes. Some posters show resentment toward L&C,and are not happy with Martin's article in respect to them and see them as competition on this site,I believe in a balanced view as a non broker and when you promote that perception they join ranks and slam you down as has happened to this post stating their experiences.
You accuse us all of slamming down. there;s another.I am a Mortgage Adviser

kenshaz wrote:I told you that the clique would arrive ,like magic, and just read my post no personal comments ,just compare my post with the one above and all is revealed.I wish they could forget about me and just peddle their wares. Also watch how they support each other with clicking each others thanks .Also observe how she draws in the support of the other brokers,.The other brokers will now pile in.Also you get ,the want to be brokers ,who work for the institutions as tied advisor's who follow the trail of fish like sea-gulls giving additional support.

And anotherI am a Mortgage Adviser

kenshaz wrote:The original poster has an opinion, very often other post's can shoot from the hip and dishearten individuals it is the nature of public forum's and once again follow Martin's advice and realise the nature of the discussion because that is what it is.Always confirm and verify pointers that you might receive, sending you in a direction without commitment.
I would also give note to those who have delusions of grandeur.
Another absurd accusatory comment - you never did clarify who this was directed at when asked.I am a Mortgage Adviser

kenshaz wrote:Kenshaz- as mentioned before, perhaps worth looking at OPs other threads!
I have done as requested and my conclusion is that the original poster should have followed Martin's advice. The fact that he/she put their situation out for open discussion resulted in the original poster feeling disheartened, which often happens,an analogy is if you have a problem talk about it with a close friend who cares ,not all and sundry who have their own agendas
