One thing to note also with T Mobile is that coverage is pretty naff. I have an unlimited t mobile sim that my OH brought me 2 years ago nearly and it's hardly been used as we can never get a signal with it. I have used it a little in my Galaxy but not alot. 3 seems to have much better coverage down here for us (South East).

Coverage for T-mobile should be a lot better now they have merged with Orange and share the same network coverage.

I ordered last night and it still says "Deal Accepted - Waiting for the necessary number of customers"? Did you just get an email pop through with a redemption code?

BTW the Orange coverage is just 2G at the moment so would be pretty slow for browsing but they are supposed to be merging the 3G networks this year and letting you roam to Orange at high speed.

I redeemed my voucher over the phone at 0800 956 3055 and pressed 1 and 1 I think. Very helpful welsh lady who clearly had had phone calls about the groupon galaxy voucher in the day.

I made the mistake of trying the 0845412500 number and got nowhere, all american accents and didn't have a clue about the voucher.

Process was fine, got 100 free txts, mins and unlimited data usage (didn't ask if she meant 500mb which was maybe silly in hindsight). £4.99 for postage and the £15 starting costs were payed to groupon before. Will get it on wednesday!

Only frustration was I had to pay a £100 deposit as my address seemed dodgy! I get it back after 3 months of payment but I wasn't that impressed....ah well, I will def make sure I nag them about that.

How long did you have to wait for the voucher email to come through? Still no sign of mine. I've had the "Your order has been received" email but no sign of voucher code yet :(

  • If you just want a smartphone instead of a tablet, they also have another national deal through T Mobile for a Samsung Omnia Windows 7 phone for £28, 24 month contract at either £15 / £25 a month, including 500mb (which isnt bad as the phone has wi-fi to use at home)

Saw it on the right hand side of the main national deals page. (sorry cant post links)
    HTH someone :)
