    I eat intuitively too. My intuition tells me chocolate, cheese, chips and cake all taste good :D

    That's my problem when I'm having a bad day. All meal planning goes out the window and I revert. That and white wine. This may explain why I've put on 3stone since my wedding. Need to lose fast - big party on May 10th and have to be able to get into a long dress. :eek:
