Has anyone made pineapple upside down cake with pineapple pieces rather than rings? I know it wouldn't probably look as pretty but would it still work? BOught a large pineapple this weekend and have already chopped it but my mouth's watering at all these suggestions

Hi missus,
There are lots of recipes on google for pineapple upside down cake using pineapple chunks so I'm guessing it would turn out fine.
