Punctuation and grammar spotting. The last refuge of someone with no valid point to make.Salt0 -
Nope.
Its people who are more concerned with what money they can get for free from TC that ensuring thatb their place of work that pays them is a sucess. As stated in several posts above, thats fine until it comes to reducing staff then the said people can claim lots more of their beloved benefits. Id wave them out the gate with a smille on my face.
The thing here melly is your attitude .If you are stompping around having a tantrum because they your employees will not do overtime and throwing the "if it wasn't for me you wouldn't have a job" and "you are going to lose this contract and all the other rubbish" etc etc they the staff are not going to do anything for you other than what they are contracted to do. Please be aware you the employer employed your staff , you asked the questions relevant to the job requirements have you considered you may be the employer but you may have poor interview techniques or none at all so perhaps should leave that to some one who has that ability.0 -

Its highly relevant.
Using your assumption that planning was at fault we are then faced with the following.
No, "we" aren't left with any problems. Resource planning for the OP's business is the OP's problem.
Your post is based on (yet more) assumptions which may or may not be correct. I couldn't possibly comment on how the OP's business could be better resourced, suffice to say that blaming one's staff because they're not prepared to bail out the OP at the last minute is a bit lame.Punctuation and grammar spotting. I've made my point. And it seems most posters agree with me: you're being petulant and angry and failing to see what's plain to everyone else. And your lack of basic literacy skills is, I think, relevant."There may be a legal obligation to obey, but there will be no moral obligation to obey. When it comes to history, it will be the people who broke the law for freedom that will be remembered and honoured." --Rt. Hon. Tony Benn0 -

Self-awareness bypass too...!"There may be a legal obligation to obey, but there will be no moral obligation to obey. When it comes to history, it will be the people who broke the law for freedom that will be remembered and honoured." --Rt. Hon. Tony Benn0 -

nope, the previous poster seems to be under the delusion that I am the OP when in fact I am not. Therefore I have not done any of the things wrong that he/she thinks I have.Salt0 -

.
No assumptions from me. My point is that we can not flame the OP because there may be situations present that make it impossible for him to have achieved his objectives without the use of over time. My mind is open to the possibility that this is true, I have never claimed it to be a fact. You on the other hand have closed your mind to any possibility that it might not be his fault. You incorrectly assume that there must be another way (but cant name that way) and that it is absoutely impossible for it not to be at fault. Thats a lot of possible options that you have in your mind ruled out with no factual basis to do so.Salt0 -

I agree to a certain extent but it not those who get the tax credit fault for claiming what they are entitled to it's the government that is at fault.0
