But of course you're right. They're all sensitive bunnies, bless them, and Brown was the best PM of our generation.

he was certainly the best unelected PM of our generation. that puts him into an elite group of other PMs who never won a general election. right up there with neville chamberlain. he saved the world as well...

Is it just me or is this all very very wrong? Cameron's taken the opportunity to trash him
i don't think so - this is what Cameron said about Brown. no wait!!!!
The prime minister said someone who "didn't know we had a debt problem in the UK" might not be the "best person" to run the global finance watchdog.

does he forget what he said not so long ago about him not picking up on the financial crisis and he actually apologised for it...
David Cameron has apologised for mistakes his party made on the economy, among them not warning about the extent of the UK's debt crisis.
In a speech, the Tory leader said he was "sorry" he had got some things wrong and opposition members as well as ministers should admit failings.

each and every day Cameron is coming across more of a clown.
he puts his foot in it too often...

What are you on about. cable has changed his mind massively.. Prior to the election, most had him down as economic brain of Britain. A fine mind!
But now, he has changed his mind over er- his whole view on economics0- and shown us a man who's intellect is as malleable as play doh for a sniff of power.

If he stands up and walks out of this coalition I might have some respect for him. He doesn't know what hes doing! Cameron only has him there as he wants to "keep his enemies closer" - that much is obvious to anyone!

Yes, so i would perhaps judge him on his pre election qualities? But are you saying you see Gordon brown as a better candidate?

    No more boom and bust?
Failed to see a bust on the horizon but worst still we were in terrible shape going in to a recession.
Only know plan to get out of recession was to carry on increasing the deficit by increasing spending.
Sold the gold at a low and never replaced it? (could of been useful in a recession)

Hes got a long long way to go before he comes across as much of a clown as Brown.

I think it was in Moneyweek where MSW did an article basically saying "we are not political, we have no political agenda. But looking at what gordon brown is doing and what his policies are, making an objective unbaised review of them, the only conclusion that anyone with half an ounce of brainpower can draw is that he is economically incompetent".

I am paraphrasing this as i cant be bothered to dig out the link but it was something like this

In what way did he leave the country in a better state than when he started?

Stop it, you fool. We've already told you that he saved the world.

    Pay attention.

The rest of your paragraph was superfluous to requirements.

Ah, you must really support your fellow countryman. Do you admire him and look up to him? Do you throw computer printers at your tenants when they dont pay rent?
