So how do I successfully convert a voucher to a gift voucher at the tills. Could anyone give some advice please?

    1. I use 2-3 vouchers per day. Used 4 once but it was too time consuming, so killed a voucher on the cider deal (4 for £25)

    2. On my own I'll go back in and get another shop after dropping first off in the car, then third shop in another tesco. if i've got a mate with me they usually do 1 voucher and do a shop with me the first time, then get their own voucher the 2nd time while i pay for 3rd set. saves a lot of time this way.

I initially focused on alcohol and when I decided I had enough, moved onto food and cleaning products etc.

I ran out of space in my drinks cupboard (double kitchen cupboard) and now my wardrobe looks like this:

    :rotfl:

I do feel a a little bit guilty. a little bit. but I've spent a fortune in tesco and its not breaking any laws, just dodging T&C's.

probably had over a grand out of them since i started doing it (back before the £20 limit!)
Nice to see you've got your priorities right!:D

Hope you don't mind me recommending a business local to me: www.mineminemine.co.uk for your hunt for kid's books. Hopefully eccles_cake and the other member in my locality will be able to confirm the shop exists! They appear to stock most of what has been mentioned here and as well as 'taking advantage' of Tesco, I like to support local businesses.

In other news, I think I have cocked-up on the Vanish today. Bought at about noon, not realising it is now £10.80 in ASDA, rather than £4. Considering I read every post, it must have been mentioned, so I'm taking it as punishment for not paying enough attention! Thought that'd be a £20 voucher, too.

    Waaaaaaa!

It is people like ME that regularly send in spreadsheet changes, that allows people like YOU to actually benefit from the spreadsheet. I spend plenty of MY time helping other people with confirmed, new, or deleted deals and as such, am equally entitled to MY opinion on what the spreadsheet looks like.

    What's with the capitals anyway?

Instead of moaning about the spreadsheet why don't you use your time and create a fantastic spreadsheet with every offer available to us. Let us know when you have finished.
The many people doing the spreadsheet deserve so much credit. If they have time to give to the spreadsheet then I would rather they focus on high DTD items.

I just took the chance today, I had a £20 dtd voucher, I gave the SA a gift card and asked for £20 to be added to it, I handed over the voucher and it was done in seconds, however I was prepared to give the £20 cash if they had said no to the voucher.

thanks everyone! have made a note of all the books everyone has suggested and will be checking to see if they have any in the local extra, also will have to take the time to just stand and read a few other books too and see if any seem suitable

Am I being completely blind or has this now been removed from Asda's website???

Ambre Solaire After Sun Calming Gel (200ml)

A fresh pair of eyes would be appreciated to confirm whether or not I am going blind or mad

    Thanks x

I think I might brazen one of those tomorrow - don't ask, don;t get and all that. Like you say the worst you do is pay cash for it.

    Thanks :)

Anyway, I have not thanked you for all your hard work or ('updaters that want their backsides kissed') for a while, so consider your backsides kissed, I really appreciate the work done on our behalf,

I second that, updating of the spreadsheet is a MAMMOTH task, and the endless hard work that goes into keeping it that way, and keeping things "easy for" everyone who has ever had a dtd voucher, should not go un-noticed or appreciated.
