Hi someone mentioned about changing times on receipt if it doesn't come back, I have one from the 17/4 still processing.... so say it was 15:10 if I change to 03:10 would that work.... I don't really know why it says still processing all items were DTD items and also on another shop that came back fine... any ideas anyone?

    many thanks

Off the top of my head - We're going on a bear hunt, Tiger who came to tea, Very hungry caterpillar, Elmer stories, Pants by Giles Andrea (AKA purple ronnie) - my 3.5 yr old thinks it's hilarious! Julia Donaldson is a must, her stories are fabulous. And generally I think you usually can't go wrong with publishers Walker Books.

I think I might go to bed, having waited for my vouchers all day :( really need to get a life lol...........

Why not join the local library and take the little one there to look at and possibly choose their own books?

Our local library has closed! Now the nearest one is 13 miles away :(

not a fan of it myself, but it was free so cant complain haha! And no, wouldnt waste it cleaning my teeth...too expensive...compared to Arm & Hammer :D

I'd clean my teeth with it, put it in my tea, coffee and cornflakes if I thought I'd get away with it.

can anybody reccommend any 'nice' bedtime stories for a (nearly) 3 year old? made the mistake of reading a book to my DD tonight before reading it to myself and it was abit upsetting (the animals got eaten by a fox, the end!). my mum had given me a load of my old story books from out of the attic and tbh most of them are abit unpleasant!

if anyone can reccommend any i will see if they sell them in my local extra and throw the odd one in with a few pofitable items (or a toothbrush ;) ). if not i will search for them online.

so sorry for the off topic post, but i suppose there is dtd thrown in there too lol

How about Aliens love underpants? I got that one from Tesco's It's one that rhymes (I dont even need the book anymore I know it off by heart) Also the 'Boris' books (with the furry puppet on the front) go down well. :)
If my words are missing letters then please excuse me....my keyboard is a tad dodgy!!

Yes it was Chicken Licken!!! She loved all the names and laughed saying 'he's coming now' then all of a sudden it ends with them all being eaten.. :(

I knew it - my kids hate that one too, its been recycled now. They liked the rhyming stories so I switched to Hairy Maclary (from Donaldson's Dairy ). :rotfl:

I must get a life instead of hanging around DTD forums and email boxes.
