    1. Some people are worried Mr T might start tracing voucher use by the debit/credit card you use for each transaction, or your clubcard for that matter.
    2. "Killing" is using a voucher and not doing a DTD shop with it - just doing a regular shop or buying a treat, but not something you can get another vocuher on. Some people "kill" a voucher after they've done a few transactions or are near the £100 limit so that they can start up again with a new email address, or they generate a voucher with a DTD shop and then kill it straight away each time. Again, possibly due to fear of tracing or just to keep things neat and tidy maybe; so your receipt doesn't show "coupon" as payment the last time.
    3. Some people use one address and do a few shops, others have dozens of addresses and are visiting several shops a day. Don't worry too much about what other people are doing, just do what is practical, a good deal and seems fair to you.

    ;)
Firstly, massive thanks to the SS team and everyone helping out on this. I have dared 3 shops so far. Messed up the first two by doing general shopping at the same time and of course, Asda were more expensive on some items so my DTD vouchers were heavily reduced!

I have read loads of the pages to try and understand everything but I am confused about 3 things:

    1) Why do people keep talking about paying by cash. What's the problem about paying with your debit card?
2)what does 'killing my voucher' mean?!
3)Is everyone putting the same email in for all their claims? Or using lots of different ones?

    Many thanks in advance
it is easier to take anything back if you pay by cash and they have no record of what and how much you are buying. £100 per month !!
Killing a voucher means using it without getting return dtd's
using different emails means they can't track how much you are buying.
  • Thanks Scotsgirl and alocin for your speedy responses. I think I'm ready for my 4th try now!

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned already and it isn't on the Asda website, but we received a mailer from Asda for a Baby & Toddler event starting on Tuesday 26/04/11. Hopefully DTD potential galore.

Although it's all down to prices on the day, potential good DTD deals at this stage are:

    Johnsons Wipes - 6 Pack
Johnson Baby Toiletries - Large Sizes
Tommee Tippee Tip It Up cups
    Organix Snacks - Multipacks
    Huggies Pull Ups
Fairy & Persil - Non Bio
