    Shops confirmed -
Spent £16.51 (used previous DTD voucher for £10.62) got new voucher for £10.18
    1 maryland choc chip cookies T0.99 A 0.60
    1 hellmans mayo T £1.74 A £1.00
    1 dolmio white lasagne sauce £1.80 A £1.00
    1 dolmio orig light lasagne sauce £1.99 A £1.00
    2 mini choc chip cookies (6 packs) £3.08 A £2.00
    1 cookie crisp cereal £2.09 A £1.00
Also picked up reduced mince to make lasagne and reduced cold meat (cost £2.32 for both - NOT price matched)

Basically after my shopping coming to £16.01 - used 1st DTD voucher for £10.62 - brought it to £5.39 PLUS got new DTD voucher for £10.18!!! Well chuffed for my first double DTD lol!

    Many, many thanks

    well done!

feels good, no? you'll get addicted lol

just some advice for future shops...try and be just over the voucher amount with you DTD shops.

for example, with your shop, you gave £5.39 of your money to tesco on overpriced items; so in a way, you have lost out a bit.

try and make sure that you pay below £1 with you DTD shops.

hey all, this thread moves too fast for me to keep up. Never done any DTD shops as of yet. I see examples of peoples baskets on here in posts with 2 cash amounts.

E,g one basket was full of items but it said something like £28 and then £18.

What do these amounts mean? Is that what was paid, and what was given back in a coupon? If I "copied" their purchases (all being that the prices hadn't changed) would I get the same? Thanks for the help!

    Spike

The first is the cost at Tesco, the 2nd the cost at Asda. You'd get double the difference back. So for your example that would be a £20 voucher.

can you tell me what beef you bought as still not been able to get any maybe looking for wrong one thanks

There's a photo of the beef on the spreadsheet - it's silverside or topside I think, match the price and the barcode from the spreadsheet, and it needs to be over a kilo in weight. Those two were my first ones; never seen it the right weight before!

I didn't hear something horrible about Tesco price matching down to £4/kilo, did I? Twenty quids worth of free beef will do me a whole lot of curries and sandwiches, but it's been a very solid performer on the DTD stakes and it'll be sad to see it go!

quick question please.. the dtd is capped at 20.. does that mean i can only do shops with the dtd adding up to 10? to allow for tesco to double it or do i add it up to 20 and get a 40 voucher? Sorry if i seem a bit dim.. just trying to work it out..
    Example of one shop..
Veet bikini and underarm kit 7.00/8.00 DTD
Dolmio original bolognese light 750g 1.99/1.98 DTD

Would this be the maximum I can get in one shop to recieve a 20 voucher?? or could i double this?
    Any help much appreciated.
And would like to say thankyou so much to everyone who takes the time to keep this updated.. I am a single mum and it means me and my son can have little treats we otherwise couldnt afford. THANKYOU!!
For max dtd, make sure your shop is £10 cheaper at Asda and no more.
If you don’t speculate, you can’t accumulate.
