Apologies for earlier post re: cod loin. Although the guy at the counter said it was £18 per kilo (I got there before they put the prices out) it actually says £15 per kilo on the label. So not such a good deal but still brilliant - if it works!

There's me thinking free cod loin :o

    It's still a good DTD at £15.00 though :)

Aargh - just realised I not only bought some full size magnums instead of the mini's I was after but they affect my DTD which should have been £20 as they are more expensive in Asda. I bought the right ones (4 packs) and some crunchie icecreams but thought I'd get some reduced mini's as they are more diet friendly to use up my voucher. Just checked and Asda have them at twice the price Tescos do. At least I only got 2 packs.

I've made a similar mistake with Cookie Crunch. Oh well, all is not lost - time to print off another Quantumatic voucher and get £10.30 back for a £5.15 of DTD voucher - I can't see it being too much of a challenge to bring it back up to the magic £20 mark :D

Remember to put your reciept in for difference + 10% :rotfl:

They've got a different one running now: Price Guarantee

"We've now made the ASDA Price Guarantee even stronger and will guarantee your comparable grocery shopping to be 10% cheaper than Tesco, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and Waitrose or we'll give you the difference."

As ever, anyone interested should read the Terms and Conditions.
"However, Tesco clearly underestimated the Great British Shopper's eye for a good deal."

Proud to be a "savvy and determined" shopper.

Stops me ending up with more Comfort Strawberry than Cornetto Raspberry!

Can't blame you for that - you need the Cornetto to take the taste of the Strawberry Comfort away :rotfl:

    Deals will only stay on the spread sheet if people tell us that they are still getting dtd on them. So if you have had something confirmed that is either not on the ss or has an older than the current date on it will you please let us know using this;

Have just tried this on my iphone, instead of viewing the live spreadsheet, you should go back to the start page and click the download spreadsheet option. You then scroll to bottom and click the download button. It takes a few seconds, but you then will be able to view the full spreadsheet, then click the button at bottom of ur screen to save to your home screen. HTH, message back if still not sure. Thanks

Thank you so much for this! I shall try it. (I did try before but perhaps didn't wait long enough.)

Sorry, I have searched the thread but can't find an answer -- apologies if I have missed it.

I have done this but I'm having the same problem in Yahoo as I had when my search engine was Google. Now that we have the new spreadsheet (and I am really grateful, editors) which seems to show in a sort of window, I can't scroll down or across in the iPhone. This means that in landscape view I can see the DTD column at the right of the screen (except, as now, when someone is editing, when the 'ASDA change hide me' column pops up, pushing the DTD column out of sight) and I can see the Tesco Finest shallots line. But I can't scroll up or right because, for some reason, the little bar which I can use on the computer isn't visible on the iPhone.

I really appreciate all the work you folk do editing the SS and if this means I can't have the SS when I am in Tesco, then so be it. (I can't view a downloaded Excel sheet either.) But if it's possible, without too much work on your part, to have it back in the same sort of view as it was earlier this week, then I would be hugely grateful.

Am posting here in case someone else can help me. It would also be useful to know if other iPhone users have had the same problem.

And apologies again if this has already been posted. I searched for phone and iPhone and found nothing apart from the quoted post.

How about printing the spreadsheet as a .pdf and uploading that to your iphone?
