Just went to Tesco in Merthyr Tydfil and ended up leaving items at the check out as the cashier and till supervisor decided to make up a new rule.

You can't use a receipt that you have already used a voucher on apparently! "The voucher says it has no cash value so that means you can't do this sorry" says cashier.

Typical that this was just gone 6:00 and head office had closed, otherwise they wouldve been calling.

I've had an not good episode there, as well - SA kept going on about she did not know what to do with the voucher, asking the SA behind her, in front of her, calling to one three tills down (I did try explaining, but it did not seem to work for her)... then put the till on hold and we went off to CS... who said just scan it and sign the receipt... back to the till we go... still querying it and unsure, and not listening to me explaining either... I was quite pleased to get out with shopping and new receipt!

    Just a word of warning
I tried to buy Wilkinson Sword Hydro Shaving Gel Sensitive 240Ml but accidently got the foam instead (we'll see if that matches tomorrow!)
It was priced on sel as £3.56 but scanned at checkout as £3.06
Worth watching that the gel doesn't do the same

YES ITS ON THE GEL NOTHING ON THE FOAM.
it has been posted before, no DTD on foam

My 84 year old nan is a spreadsheet follower and does a dtd shop every other day.

I did have to set her up a couple of email addresses though.

Does this count as over 60?

Bad one for me this time, had a £20 voucher i took in and was hoping to get another £20 voucher back from this shop.

    TOTAL £ 20.98 £ 17.00
    1 x CADBURY TWIRL EGG LARGE 325G £ 4.66 * £ 5.00
    1 x CADBURY WISPA EGG LARGE 313G £ 4.67 * £ 5.00
    1 x SFC CHICKEN POPPETS 190G £ 0.99 £ 1.00
    1 x WALLS MAGNUM CLASSIC 3 PACK 360ML £ 2.29 £ 1.00
    1 x LYNX SHOCK SHOWER GEL 250ML £ 2.37 £ 1.00
    2 x COCA COLA REGULAR 8X330ML £ 6.00 * £ 4.00
    1 x MAGIC TREE STRAWBERRY A/FRESHENER £ 1.50 N/A
    1 x THORNTONS CLASSIC COLLCTN EGG 285G £ 6.00 N/A
    1 x CADBURY DAIRY MILK CARAMEL EGG 336G £ 4.67 * N/A

Bought wrong thortons egg and the dairy milk egg shows up as N/A for some reason, was hoping to get £4 from that as asda have the 3 eggs for £10.

So if you are getting the eggs, don't get caramel!

Just had an email from Asda saying that these are 2 for £5 over the holiday weekend - don't know what the comparables are in Tesco - but hopefully someone can find something :)

EDIT: Just had a quick look on Tescos website - they've got their BBQ stuff on 2 for £6, not seeing anything the same size as the asda ones though, maybe people will have more luck instore :)

Well it has been over a week since I put my receipt details in and still no sign of my voucher.

    What should I do next?
when you get the "processing" page, hit the back button and then the sumbit button. you may have to do this 2 or 3 times.

Have you tried re-entering the details to see if the voucher is waiting for you?

If that doesn't work some people have mentioned changing the date by putting 04 for april instead of 4 ...or the other way around if you put 4 in the first time.... Or changing the time by one min...then resubmitting, the Tesco system will treat it as a new claim and you should get an email voucher through 24 hours later.

If you do change the time by a min, you do take a small risk of the SA picking it up at the till. Other people have changed the time by 12 hours, entering 0204 instead of 1404.

I've been waiting for two vouchers from the 13th April.. spoke to H/O and told that if it says "being processed" it will eventually turn up. Anyway, I keep resubmitting at least twice a day and finally one popped up in my email this afternoon. Still waiting for that elusive second one..... grrrrr.
