I work it out to be £5.93 cheaper so £11.86 voucher

Looks to me like you should have got a voucher for £11.86.
Were these the only items on your receipt though?

Just to say that I'm the lady you "met" at Tower Park and since then I have risked Fleetsbridge and guess what - they were great! You did mention to me that you had complained to Head Office so I guess that did the trick - thanks! I even went to a "trout pout" who was really interested in the deal although she couldnt understand how it worked. The woman behind me did though so guess we have another on board! Hope you enjoyed your trip to the sunny South Coast.
