ATTENTION SPREDSHEET TEAM
Firstly, thanks for all your hard work!!! :money:
Is there any chance of putting the downloadable version of the spreadsheet into the same format as the live one at all?? When you download it, all the spaces between lines are much bigger etc and it's difficult to use..............
The download is made in excel, which makes it slightly different. I'll upload the latest spreadsheet now, again in excel. I'll have a look at the other format when I have a moment, but priority is keeping the spreadsheet upto date.Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0 -

i only do 3 spends when i havent had the chance to go to tesco and the vouchers have built up.

Just thought I would add some stores in my area that accept vouchers with no problems at all as I know a lot of folk have issues!
Poole tower park
Dorchester
Avoid Poole fleets bridge if you are not backward in coming forwards, they drag you to customer services and talk about you like you are not there and love to comment how people like me are affecting their shares!
The other two do it at checkout or self service no problem three or four vouchers in a row.
I was in Tower Park this afternoon, all the assistants in there seem so lovely. I have also been to Branksome and they were nice in there, I only spent 1 voucher though.
Fleets Bridge are awful, at customer service they insist on writing all over your new receipt, so you can't claim another voucher. The manager told me ''you have had your voucher, you can't claim anther one'' and it was my first ever time in the store.
I'm going back home tomorrow, so back to the Berkshire stores.0 -
Just wanted to share a slightly bizarre customer services incident:
I had done five transactions and submitted the last three vouchers in one go, but got an over the limit email. I emailed and then phoned customer services to try to work out what had happened, since the last three vouchers still said "processing" several days later and all I'd got was the over the limit email. They were clearly confused themselves and I had the guy who knows about these things call me back a couple of times after he'd been checking the reports, and it said I'd got £104 of vouchers so was over the limit. I protested that I'd only had two £20 vouchers back from the first two receipts, and that the last three were still processing so how could I be over. He didn't know and also couldn't explain what exactly it is that they count to reach the total, since 5 x £20 max vouchers just can't make more than £100 - so it has to be the total DTD even though that isn't what it says in the FAQ!
Anyway, long story slightly shorter, the customer services guy just said that if the report said I was over the limit there was nothing I could do, but if I needed to get the vouchers I should try inputting them on a different email address. Not something anyone else has ever considered doing, of course, but I said I've give it a go! Unfortunately the damn things still just said processing, so I had to go for the MSE-suggested option of different email address and a slightly altered number. That got me the vouchers coming through, though the numbers don't completely match - along with the 12/24 hour clock issue and random 0's and 1's they look pretty different, so I'm just going to hope I find some SA's who don't check the numbers too closely.0 -
hi all never posted on this sight but have read all the post every day since i have become mad about DTD ... just thought you would all like to know I'm only the 3d person that has handed in a voucher and the SA said its only about 1% of the UK that are taking part in the DTD long may it continue0

After some sterling effort on all of the admin's parts, we appear to be up to date with all the suggestions that have come in through the forms. Thanks to all of you for letting us know your many finds and confirmations.
Happy shopping this evening - we hope to confirm all as soon as they come in. Do bear with us during busy periods.
Happy DTDing.
:DI am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

Your offer is very very much appreciated but at this time we can't take anybody else on. However I'll make a note of your name.
It isn't that we couldn't do with the extra set of fingers, it is because some of the spreadsheet is a bit tricky, and nobody really has much time to go through the process with anybody. Add to this the fact that last week, somebody who volunteered, also nearly wrecked all our work (intentionally or unintentionally we don't know) we have to be so careful who is taken on.
Over the last few days a couple have signed up, and at present there are only 40 updates sitting in the queue, which we are going through.
Please don't think this is a closed shop. But imagine us logging in last week, and finding the spreadsheet 'trashed'.Just an idea... I have noticed a few people haven't been using the new form
https://spreadsheets0.google.com/viewform?pli=1&hl=en&hl=en&formkey=dEd6Q0IxMVVBbF84VjNZWUdOeEdjblE6MQ#gid=4
maybe cos they are at work or busy with other things anyway what i was thinking was if people could post all their updates on the other list and make a note that they need checking
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/43030028#Comment_43030028
Then maybe a couple of people could volunteer to check there and add the changes via the form?
Does that make sense?:j
