I find fleets bridge a nightmare. I'm thick skinned and have a terrible sense of humour so quite like going there if just to cause a stir! The real trout was off today so you missed the nastiness! They are awful for writing all ov your new receipts. This does not mean you can not use them on your next dtd shop though. It's just to stop you getting a refund. Might see you there!

The manager told me it was to stop me having another voucher, although the supervisor had previously said it would be ok. I think it might be a problem if you took a receipt they had written on to another store though.

Just to say that I'm the lady you "met" at Tower Park and since then I have risked Fleetsbridge and guess what - they were great! You did mention to me that you had complained to Head Office so I guess that did the trick - thanks! I even went to a "trout pout" who was really interested in the deal although she couldnt understand how it worked. The woman behind me did though so guess we have another on board! Hope you enjoyed your trip to the sunny South Coast.

Glad to hear they are getting better at Fleetsbridge, but they have put me off for life!

I'm down this way at least once a month, hopefully a lot more soon, so I might bump into you and the other Poole DTD'ers again :T

<snip> since 5 x £20 max vouchers just can't make more than £100 - so it has to be the total DTD even though that isn't what it says in the FAQ! <snip>

Just one max £20 voucher could put you over the £100 limit if you put enough DTD items in your basket. I believe this is a known issue and demonstrated on page one of this thread (which contains other useful information everyone should read).
