just got the same email -only £60 on it , so well under the limit, no clubcard , paid with cash

Is everyone imputting their receipts into computers at home/work or are you using a variety of home, work, library and phones to send your receipts?

I also clear my cookies and internet cashe after each entry

just realised that the receipt i had rejected coz of over the £100 had the £12 OXI ACTION on it .... AARRGHH!! I have just paid well over the odds for this product then!

Take it back for a refund - tell them your wife's allergic to it or can't stand the smell of it.

Looks like I'm taking 8 bottles of Wolf Blass back over the next few weeks thanks to getting an 'over 100 quid' email from them to an account which has never had a DTD voucher before.

  • Can anyone help me understand how this works when you shop online? I gave my voucher to the delivery driver on Friday when he came. How long does it normally take for the refund to be given, & what do I do if it isn't?

Take it back then, get a refund then buy it again and start a new voucher?

Out of interest what happens if you enter the receipt details and put in a different address?

I only started doing this on Friday - did two shops then and three on Sunday, and I've had an email come through saying I'm over the limit. They calculate it by some form of maths unknown to regular people with calculators! I've only submitted five receipts, and you can only get £20 each time, so how can I have gone over £100? Working it out based on the initial difference in price bears no relation to you getting £100 maximum back; they should say maximum £50 cheap each month if they do it that way.

I've emailed customer services to dispute this, but I've seen some people have luck re-submitting the receipt with a different email address and altering the time by one minute. Is it worth trying that? I only want to get the £100 monthly maximum back; I'm not into this for the long-haul and having a dozen different accounts, but I frankly feel a bit conned that they aren't keeping to their published T&Cs about the limit and I want to get what I was led to expect you could!

I just had my second online delivery, and gave my first DTD printed voucher to the driver.
He said he'd never seen one before, but just took it and wrote my address on it. He didn't ask to see the original receipt..?

    fingers crossed anyway.
I got the beef.. correct barcode, but only 1.06k in weight (I had selected 1.3). Hope it goes through ok.

Mine cost 9.40 odd and went through so you should be fine
