the answer had been answered by saying its against t+c so no more needed to be said really..

Honestly it appears to be a glitch. If they were tracking cookies/IP etc then A LOT of people would have these emails.

I just had my second online delivery, and gave my first DTD printed voucher to the driver.
He said he'd never seen one before, but just took it and wrote my address on it. He didn't ask to see the original receipt..?

fingers crossed anyway.
I got the beef.. correct barcode, but only 1.06k in weight (I had selected 1.3). Hope it goes through ok.

She went away again, and this time came back all smiles, saying that the mistake was their end, not my fault and that they would honour the voucher, and if she was me she would go back to the site and get as much out of it as possible!!


Morale of the story.... it looks like 'some' supervisors/managers are getting suspicious of all these vouchers coming through, and probably being fed next to no information/training from head office. If you are playing by the rules and terms of the fair use policy, you will have nothing to worry about. For those who are... making the most of any loopholes, be prepared for whatever tesco decide to do next!

just got the same email -only £60 on it , so well under the limit, no clubcard , paid with cash

It's about the same size as the one I had confirmed this morning- HTH.
