You've already used it - got the £20 or whatever value it is - and you want to use it again?
I'm wondering - if at any point when you typed the question did the word 'fraud' pop into your head?
if people want to keep trying to call it fraud then the debate will keep arising..
the answer had been answered by saying its against t+c so no more needed to be said really..0 -
I've just had an 'over £100 so no vouchers on this occasion' email from Tesco Customer Service.
What's very interesting is that this was to a NEW email addy which had NEVER been issued with a DTD voucher before. This suggests that there's some sort of tracking system in place beyond and instead of mere email address.
What could that be?? Typing in a new receipt has no link to the previous one.0 -

I just had my second online delivery, and gave my first DTD printed voucher to the driver.
He said he'd never seen one before, but just took it and wrote my address on it. He didn't ask to see the original receipt..?
fingers crossed anyway.
I got the beef.. correct barcode, but only 1.06k in weight (I had selected 1.3). Hope it goes through ok.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
Posted this on previous thread but as it's a new thread and lots of new posters are online, thought I'd do a repost. Amongst other things, it gives you a complete list of all the asda 'Rollbacks'.

Again, had one of the receipts where the time shows as 12 hours previous, and missed a digit off one of the last segments, so she called the supervisor (she had been told off for accepting a similar one the previous day).
The supervisor takes the receipt for 'investigation' and then comes back to tell me that not only would they not honor the voucher, but that i was being investigated for fraud and they were calling the police, as there was something suspicious going on!!!! (my previous receipt had a £15 voucher redeemed on a £22 spend for which i had a £19 voucher).
I asked on what grounds were the police being called, and a little put out i played it calmly, arguing all i did was put a number into a website, and then it printed off this voucher. I did another shop, entered the number again and got another voucher. She advised it would probably be better if i left as basically it looked like money was being 'printed'!
Trying to stay calm (and not angry) I informed her i was hardly likely to leave when i was being accused of fraud, that i was being reported to the police, when my receipt had been confiscated and that i was being investigated, and wanted to speak to the manager (all by the front tills!).
She went away again, and this time came back all smiles, saying that the mistake was their end, not my fault and that they would honour the voucher, and if she was me she would go back to the site and get as much out of it as possible!!
Morale of the story.... it looks like 'some' supervisors/managers are getting suspicious of all these vouchers coming through, and probably being fed next to no information/training from head office. If you are playing by the rules and terms of the fair use policy, you will have nothing to worry about. For those who are... making the most of any loopholes, be prepared for whatever tesco decide to do next!I'm sorry, but that is APPALLING!!!! I am astonished you sound so calm about it She basically slandered you infront of any customers and staff who could overhear. Well done for keeping your cool, but that is a truly awful thing for them to have done...
