I check and double check everything i buy as even before DTD they are notoriously sneaky with that kind of thing. ** Touch wood not bought the wrong thing yet for a DTD shop.

Agree. Always check the prices before buying stuff. Sometimes I find I need to use my phone to double check other items when in Tesco when my planned shop gets screwed due to no stock even though I know many items and the prices by heart now.

Morning everyone, just in car after a very early Mr T trip and they had no cheese which messed up my list but I swoped it for the Princes salmon but it has scanned as £1.50 eek!!!

Yes I picked up the correct one I have bought it 3 times before so they must have reduced it as SEL does say £3.98.

I will update the SS but wanted to give you all the headsup in case anyone has it on their list for today.

Seems Mr T has his finger on the ball with the good DTDs

Bought a tin today and mine was £3.98

Argh!!! Having to write my list out and do the maths myself... can't cope without mysupermarket! :D

Is there a reason why Cheweee bars are on the SS as £1.48 at Mr A?
On the Asda site they are showing £1 *confused* :o

    Hi Everyone,

I hope you're all having a great DTD day! I can't access the spreadsheet at work and would like to treat myself to some L'Oreal face and eye cream. Can anyone tell me what there is on the spreadsheet just now?

    Thanks a million!

Thinking of doing an online shop.

    From the T&c:
Price comparisons for orders made online are based on what the customer received and paid for and the delivery date.

Can't understand the last part, are the comparisons made on the date of order or date when delivered(perhaps in 6 days for example)...

I still get the impression that store staff are completely in the dark over the procedure and Ts and Cs. My £20 voucher was studied long and hard by at least three managers yesterday, they appeared to read every part of it yet still failed to ask to see the receipt. Mr T is capitalized at about 32 billion quid, Wal-Mart at about 188 billion dollars (115 billion quid), so Wally is 3.6 times bigger than Mr T. Mr T aint going to win a price war with Wally. Mr T wont keep it up for long. Make hay will the sun shines and buy a bigger freezer.
