Yes 4 in the same store but 2 shops were done by DD and 2 by me.

    So what does that mean?

it just means that it's probably the same glitch affecting all of them. I tend to find that if some don't come through, it's all the ones that were done in a particular store in a particular time period, even if they were at different tills.

The Tesco system clearly isn't perfect and it looks like there are sometimes occasions when the automatic transfer of info gets interrupted. I suspect they then have to go back and run a correction job to plug the holes in their data, and once that happens the receipts get re-processed with the next batch.

I'm using IE already. Doesn't work for me at all on Firefox (has issues on my laptop with Firefox). Might download Chrome and see what happens.

I've just tried Google Chrome, and that didnt help either.

Maybe Tesco are just doing the vouchers in batches, and we will get our emails later today *hopefully*

I`ve just returned from a DTD shop- just my luck to have a SA that `hadn`t seen these before` . I told her what she needed to check, etc, but she insisted on calling a supervisor, who then refused to let me have my receipt back, as she said they had been told that they had to keep it- didn`t want to make a fuss, so I let that pass- that`s not right, though, is it? Has there been a recent idict from HO?

Why do you not want them to have receipt? I gave them mine last nite - should i not have?

The voucher I got through was hotmail, and the 2 missing ones are Gmail ...I wonder if that makes a difference?

    Mine were gmail too.

How many have you got missing and is it the same issue that I've got more than 1 voucher for the same store?

Thanks for taking the time to explain that to me. I understand now and don't feel so concerned as I did at first.

Hopefully they will turn up tomorrow.

Think that is the ones bought over the fish counter. I would love some of those too but usually go to Tesco evenings so will miss out.
