store really busy, send DH off with his list and instructions to pay in cash, what to do with coupon

I joined a different till, thought the assistant looked like she might be a trout. The lady in front had problems with pin number/ locked card.

When it is eventually my turn to checkout the assistant was really nice and had never seen a voucher before so had to read it carefully, but all went fine

found out DH paid by card

moral of the story - don't judge assistants on appearance , and don't let DH go shopping (mine anyway).

till next to me had a basket with 4 boxes Finish 56 tabs and a basket full of handwash ( carex 80p I think). I thought to myself he is missing out on DTD there as 4 boxes will push him over £20 limit

I've got 1 email through from yesterdays shopping, but not the other 2 (different family members)

I've tried resubmitting the receipts, but no luck. Are others still waiting for yesterdays shops?

I am still waiting for one and for one from Thursday last week as well, these are the only two I have and I only shopped yesterday because I presume I have lost the first one.

Have tried the resubmitting details/back/resubmitting and I have used genuine email addresses and clubcard and I am not over the limit.

I know I am going to get a beasting for being ungrateful but it really is infuriating that they just dont send them back/take a week/dont match items that clearly match. Its so disheartening :(

I may be being dizzy - but wasn't there a legend/key on the s/s - I'm not sure what the items in blue mean. Thx
