    That sounds about right! :rotfl:

But while we are on the subject of work.

I work......in fact I work d@mn hard at raising our family whilst my husband works his backside off to pay our mortgage, run 2 cars, luxury holidays etc etc We make sacrifices in our lives to afford these things....my husband often sacrifices a day off work, which means we sacrifice having family time with every member of our family, but it is a sacrifice worth doing.

This Tesco promotion is helping us out a lot. It means when we go to Florida in a few days we have more spending money......approx £900 more to spend in fact! :D

I love Florida - my favourite place in the world.
Not been for 12 years though :(

why does everyone get so upset when someone mentions jobs ? this happened the other day aswell someone asked someone if they worked and then people got upset to , the mention of work on this forum really hits a nerve

It hits a nerve with people for different reasons I think.

For those who work it's an insult to suggest they are a layabout.

Those on the dole it's an insult because maybe they can't get work.

Those on other benefits.....it may not be through choice.

And then there are layabouts who openly admit to being a layabout.

It really is no ones business and it HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH DTD

    That's the point!

There are discussions on work and benefits and those kind of discussions are best left there.

Anyone know how to find out if Tesco is open over Easter/Wedding bank holiday? Store locator just gives average opening hours.
Please God, help me stop spending!

I think I have to kill off an email address - I only have 2 registered to Tesco, but I've made the schoolgirl error of using my clubcard for one, then using my debit card for both, and then paying for one big shop with my clubcard and Tesco vouchers and a DTD voucher from the 2nd - doh!!!!

I'm only buying what I need and will use with the DTD vouchers though, so I can kill off one email and keep the other one going, can't I (and obviously when I start again it will be cash, no clubcard and a new email).

Fresh fish counter they are shown as £12.50 a kilo. NOT the ones that are a set price per portion.
