The terminology of calling the check out assist "Trouts" was way before this thread "dtd". It is actually true that they are trouts - especially the "older generation - FEMALE " they think they owns Tesco - they treat the customer badly beit using coupon or not. They have no manners & they are grumpy thats why we call them trouts. As a customer I am always nice to them - but in return they ignore you. At Asda no matter what, the checkout are always nice & polite.

I'm going to different shops (as well as Tesco!) today, feels like a day out! Going to ASDA to take advantage of their cheap designer glasses and off to Ikea for a big lunch and free stuff then back to Tesco to exchange more Clubcard vouchers and do a little DTDing. Off to catch up now - on page 49!

Lol - I will get back to my job, working for a living. Maybe you should try it and then would not be reliant upon super market promotions for a living!

I dont choose to work 9-5 i just feel that I have an inherent want to work for my living, unlike 2.2 million people in this country!

I work shifts, would be lovely to have a breezy 9-5 job, but instead I am stuck on minimum wage in a factory.
I prefer to do this rather than be on the dole.

It's so easy to judge people without actually knowing anything about them isn't it?

There are also other reasons in my life as to why I have decided to take advantage of this deal while it lasts but I don't have to explain them to you.

Don't judge a book by it's cover.

So yes why don't you go back to your lovely 9-5 job sitting at a desk maybe? and spare a thought for those having to work nights, early mornings etc who are on their feet for 8 hours as that is the only job they can get.
