Why can't I find that rack of lamb on Asda's website? Anyone know where it's lurking?

    Hiding here: http://groceries.asda.com/asda-estore/search/searchcontainer.jsp?trailSize=1&searchString=rack+of+lamb&domainName=Products&headerVersion=v1&_requestid=23978

Can I ask do people contact customer services when something comes up on their receipt as n/a? My brother and his wife each did a shop yesterday including 3 Coke Regular 2l on two separate transactions and they both came back n/a today. It's happened very often on their past shops even though they've carefully picked things out & checked things 100s of times before shopping. They let it go then but now it's just becoming annoying for them and ridiculous for Coca Cola to be not found!

Phone them, it'll up be interesting to hear what the excuse is.

let it go , you win some , you lose some , people start making a fuss , it will lead to it being stopped, sooner rather then later

But while we are on the subject of work.

I work......in fact I work d@mn hard at raising our family whilst my husband works his backside off to pay our mortgage, run 2 cars, luxury holidays etc etc

I used to have lifestyle like yours:cool: but unfortunately my OH no longer have a perm' job since 2004. Like you, I work hard too - I earn good £££ & I am the sole bread winner in the family of 5. 1 is going to uni this Sept, another 1 in 2yrs time the youngest still got a long way to go :o. I have to pay 99% of everything in my household. DTD help me in someway for my family have a good lifestyle that we used to have on food wise.

In someway, I do agree with credit crunch... the paragraph that saying not finding proper job - I don't have to go far to look for it - my OH is one of them:mad: he has got the "British" mentally that once he is sick he is forever sick and cannot find a job!!! ( I am talking about my OH & no one else).
RIP my dear dear parent : Mum aged 62 (17/5/1990) & Dad aged 89 (23/1/2012)

A big THANK YOU for everyone for your help!

Just a quick question, I stupidly went shopping with my 2 year old this morning, so wasn't concentrating properly on the shopping - too busy chasing her around the shop! Anyway, just realised my receipt has the last 4 digits missing as it's torn....is there anything I can do? I seem to remember someone else asking a similar question on the last thread but can't find it.

Keep up the good work, it's much appreciated :-)

Go back to customer service and ask them to reprint it. You get 7 days apparenty.

If it's convenient, I think you can go back into the store and ask CS to reprint it for you...

everything is shut on easter sunday.

Thanks, should be ok for Royal Wedding holiday then. I would rather be in Tesco than stuck watching that on tv.
Please God, help me stop spending!

If you look on the spreadsheet it does say this seems to be happening all the time however I can confirmed that the diet coke 2l bottles work fine.
