So, with this in mind, from now on all spreadsheet update requests should be submitted using this form

    https://spreadsheets0.google.com/viewform?hl=en&hl=en&formkey=dEd6Q0IxMVVBbF84VjNZWUdOeEdjblE6MQ#gid=0

The form can be used to submit new deals, notify us of your confirmed deals for today, notify price changes or tell us to delete something.

Before you send us an update, please check carefully whether the item is already on the spreadsheet. You can do this by pressing CTRL+ F and searching. If it is already there but you need to send us an amendment, then please copy the description from the spreadsheet in to your form. This will make our lives a whole lot easier.

We will no longer be updating from the thread (although we will keep our eyes open) so please, use the form. [/SIZE]

I would suggest that this message be repeated over the next few days as a lot of us probably wouldnt have read the 1st/2nd post again and therefore wont realise about this form.

BTW Great job guys - as ever a big thank you to you :Aall

    new spreadsheet information please read
OK, we have been working on some modifications to the way we update the spreadsheet as trawling through everybody's posts is a massive task, and there aren't that many of us.

So, with this in mind, from now on all spreadsheet update requests should be submitted using this form

    https://spreadsheets0.google.com/viewform?hl=en&hl=en&formkey=dEd6Q0IxMVVBbF84VjNZWUdOeEdjblE6MQ#gid=0

The form can be used to submit new deals, notify us of your confirmed deals for today, notify price changes or tell us to delete something.

The newly published spreadsheet is here - please note it has not been amended for about 12 hours so get your updated in to us and don't rely on it too much right now!

Before you send us an update, please check carefully whether the item is already on the spreadsheet. You can do this by pressing CTRL+ F and searching. If it is already there but you need to send us an amendment, then please copy the description from the spreadsheet in to your form. This will make our lives a whole lot easier.

The revised spreadsheet is located here (live version)

    https://spreadsheets0.google.com/pub?hl=en&hl=en&key=0ArDxW2XgVnGjdEd6Q0IxMVVBbF84VjNZWUdOeEdjblE&single=true&gid=4&output=html

We have tweaked the value column to make it easier to find the good deals. Those in red, you get back more than you pay (cer-ching!) - those in green, the net cost is less than 60% of the price you would pay at Asda.

We will no longer be updating from the thread (although we will keep our eyes open) so please, use the form.

Spreadsheet update from post 2 - please keep reposting this.

  • Apologies if this has been answered already, but can anyone give me a quick update on the inputting of vouchers and the mysterious way they appear (or not)? I've been waiting for 3 vouchers, been logging in often but I got the "still processing" email lots of times for them all. However, I kept trying and they've all turned up? What crazy system is going on here?

How can it be so that you input it once (when it should have in theory been processed) = nothing, BUT input 4 or 5 times = it magically appears??? Does anyone have a foolproof system? On thread 4 someone mentioned using the back/forward button on their browser, this doesn't work for me, I have to re-input from scratch.

    TIA.

And thank you once again SS peeps.

  • Wow what a bad experience that was, leaving me a little unnerved!

Again, had one of the receipts where the time shows as 12 hours previous, and missed a digit off one of the last segments, so she called the supervisor (she had been told off for accepting a similar one the previous day).

The supervisor takes the receipt for 'investigation' and then comes back to tell me that not only would they not honor the voucher, but that i was being investigated for fraud and they were calling the police, as there was something suspicious going on!!!! (my previous receipt had a £15 voucher redeemed on a £22 spend for which i had a £19 voucher).

I asked on what grounds were the police being called, and a little put out i played it calmly, arguing all i did was put a number into a website, and then it printed off this voucher. I did another shop, entered the number again and got another voucher. She advised it would probably be better if i left as basically it looked like money was being 'printed'!

Trying to stay calm (and not angry) I informed her i was hardly likely to leave when i was being accused of fraud, that i was being reported to the police, when my receipt had been confiscated and that i was being investigated, and wanted to speak to the manager (all by the front tills!).

She went away again, and this time came back all smiles, saying that the mistake was their end, not my fault and that they would honour the voucher, and if she was me she would go back to the site and get as much out of it as possible!!

Morale of the story.... it looks like 'some' supervisors/managers are getting suspicious of all these vouchers coming through, and probably being fed next to no information/training from head office. If you are playing by the rules and terms of the fair use policy, you will have nothing to worry about. For those who are... making the most of any loopholes, be prepared for whatever tesco decide to do next!

    That's terrible.
I am a nervous person and if someone said I was being investigated for fraud I would probably have a panic attack.
Tesco staff should not treat you like a criminal, as you said you have done nothing wrong.

I'm sorry, but that is APPALLING!!!! I am astonished you sound so calm about it She basically slandered you infront of any customers and staff who could overhear. Well done for keeping your cool, but that is a truly awful thing for them to have done...
