sausages
Just a quick warning on the sausages as I am just about to head out the door and don't want anyone else to get caught out, My 12 pack cumberland sausages went through at A's at 2 for £5 so DTD was only £1.78, could someone pop it on the spreadsheet update for me, pretty please:) thankyouBeware!!!! I have read some of this thread to see what all the fuss is about and I can see that there are some bargains to be had.
However, this appears to be an addiction to some people on here, from an outsiders perspective it is almost obsessive behavior. People unable to go to Tesco's for a day feel like they have missed out, people visiting 3 times a day.
This is not a dig, just a genuine question, do the hardcore dtd's work? I know working full time the chance of a daily visit to a super market would be highly unfeasible.
Secondly, the referring to check out assistants who are merely following their line managers orders as 'Trouts' is unnecessarily offensive. These people are working for a living and should not be subject to this terminology. If you were not trying to abuse the system then maybe this 'heat' would not be apparent when using the system.
Yes, the occasionally bargain from Mr T is a great feeling, but to institutionalise this and incorporate it into your daily routine, is very border line, 'odd' in my humble opinion.
Needless to say I will be shot down from a great height for this, however please take a step back, look in and see if you are all displaying rational, non obsessive behavior before posting.
Thats all
My behaviour is obsessive, but I don't care; I'm stocking up my cupboards and draws.
I am a student and I work part time every weekend.
Not all are referred to as 'trouts', the 'trouts' go out of their way to make what is normally a pleasant experience, unpleasant. We are not in the wrong, they are, it's their policy.
Now, enough typing, this time could be used to study the spreadsheet and plan my next shop!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0 -
Anyone had success using it online, whats the process? Hand the voucher to the driver?
My metro doesn't really have much dtd stuff, so I think I'm just going to do my normal shop online for now, hopefully using a £5 clubcard voucher, £5 ecoupon and my dtd voucher0 -
Got my voucher today. During my last shop also received a £3 off 20 from the till, never seen this before. But anyway, perfect for my DTD adventures! This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I purchased the 2 bottles of Wolf Blass on 15/04 and submitted my receipt details that evening. I have received my email but it has listed against the Wolf Blass as N/A. I heard the price was going down in Tesco but this was after my purchase and even so why would it be N/A? Would appreciate any views please. Thank you
