Thanks so much everyone for the replies! Wow I can definitely find something for her!
ceridwen - thanks for that site, off to investigate it now!
kathie1101 - I do have a disposable BBQ kicking about somewhere so off to go dig that out, thanks for pointing it out that hadn't occured to me for some reason!
twinkle_star - good tip on the bean burgers, will stay away from those and avoid the frustration of a collapse. Those skewers sound delish!
jackieglasgow - tofu marinade sounds good, I have it in my head tofu is a bit tasteless (no idea where I got that from) so think a marinade sounds like a plan
meritaten - ooh hadn't thought of those cornish sardines, will definitely investigate those and the roasted veg is making my mouth water already....is 10am an acceptable time to at such things??!
destroyerofdebt2011 - i love corguette and seems a popular choice!
geri1965 -Apologies for the misleading vegetarian but will eat fish bit, I'm a fully signed up member of the meat eating club so it's all a bit alien to me. Hopefully not now though.
Thanks again all, this is brilliant.0 -
