The newest HTC (think its the Desire HD S or Z or something!) on a giff-gaff £10 deal but ideally the handset would come free with the sim

Ideally and impossible, I know I know.... (think I'll be waiting a long while for that one!)

Hi jenniewb, could that be the HTC Incredible S ? Personally I would have the samsung galaxy s / the galaxy s2 / nokia n8 or the HTC you mention , I research what I buy and do not just follow the sheep who just get the iphone because its a 'status' symbol. Of the networks I prefer t-mobile however 3 comes a close 2nd. They have the best online accounting and 'in my area' have the best signal coverage.

Sad to say it - it would be iphone 32gig wotsit on 3 - mostly just to see what the fuss is about - but given I have tried the ipods, nanos and do not rate them as highly as Creative products, I would most likely not like the iphone much.

And then I would use it a couple of times and then go out and get the HTC Sensation through 3 or vodafone - its got the best spec other than the Samsung Galaxy S I think.

Other than those two - must try the Sony Xeperia Play - PSP mobile - best for gaming probably, depends on battery life.

thanks for your opnion, if the xperia play is anythink like the xperia mini pro plus i had, battery life was 4 hours!!:eek: hence why im looking for a new phone! x

Whatever decent Android phone HTC are churning out now and on O2. Been thinking about going to Blackberry too though.

Will no doubt end up with neither because I want to pay as little as possible for my phone - my car finance only costs me £75 a month so to pay anything like that for a mobile phone seems ridiculous
