That's shameful. Aren't there laws about things like what he's doing? Yes, he is writing in the listing that it's a dummy phone or whatever...but if he was a high street store they'd string them up for being so misleading. i get that it is a fraud - but can't see anywhere in teh listing that suggests that you will get a photograph....can someone point out the actual bit to me?
