I know I might be a div, but I dont get what the scam is with the drawing?! Can someone enlighten me please? I got the phone one straight away

He'll send you a picture of the drawing. Seller is a well-known 17 year-old (for a month or so anyway) fraudster.

That's shameful. Aren't there laws about things like what he's doing? Yes, he is writing in the listing that it's a dummy phone or whatever...but if he was a high street store they'd string them up for being so misleading. Ebay should name and shame people like this and put thier actual details on the site!

i get that it is a fraud - but can't see anywhere in teh listing that suggests that you will get a photograph....can someone point out the actual bit to me?

It doesn't. I read the item description three times and there is nothing which indicates that this is anything other than an original Picasso. This little toerag needs to be stopped.
