You can trust them as any other bank, though their customer service can be a bit shambolic. Do a search to find other threads on this.0

I have had no problems with them .A good rate of interest too.0

I have tried a couple of times today to transfer some funds into my account but I can't do it because it won't let me choose a date to transfer, is anyone having difficulty today, or is it my computer???0

Presumably you clicked the 'Scheduled' button and up popped the calendar from which you could select a date?
Just tried it and it worked for me.
If you have difficulty, try ringing their CS on 080 81 31 41 51
Don't forget 'Do not give them your password' (standard procedure with any internet banking) but do have it handy in case they ask you for specific digits from it.
I'm sure, if you tell them you are having difficulty with the site, they will do it for you over the phone. Particularly, since the only place the money can be transferred to, is your linked account.0 -
I still can't access my account and it's been four months. The passwords they send out don't work.
I demand that any of you thinking of banking with them choose not to do so. They have messed me about and the customer service is poor , they don't what they're doing.0 -

Your post is all a bit too vague.
People have made a typical mistake and used their 8-digit Account Number instead of their 10 digit Login ID with the correct password and thus failed to obtain access. After a while, because of zero activity, the account has been frozen anyhow.
Some people have Copied and Pasted passwords and included a 'space' into it in error.
You don't give much info' on what you've tried and what happened as a result and then you make the following unsupported statements:
1. I still can't access my account and it's been four months.
2. The passwords they send out don't work.
3. I demand that any of you thinking of banking with them choose not to do so.
4. They have messed me about and the customer service is poor , they don't what they're doing.
Notice how 100% of your whole post is completely unsubstantiated.
Now I'm not 'pro' or 'anti' either you or ICICI concerning my comments above in this post but if you want some help with this, you'll need to give the readers on here a fair bit more info'.
And if you want the negative side of your statements to be at all believed then you'll surely have to give some substantiation to them.0 -
I have had an account with ICICI for a while. Absolutley no problems at all. Have made two fair sized withdrawals in the last month [had to re-pay credit cards !]; first one arrived in my current account in two days, the second the next day... My AL account takes about a week to transfer anything.

Is this more substansive for you. I have experienced many problems with these people and i strongly advise people not to use them. You have seen my posts over the last month or so and i guess you can understand emphasize with my problems.
1. Have tried login id and passwords and requested new passwords and login id's but i still can't access my account after typing these in the space. Other times i have telephoned them to request new password and nothing arrived in the post. The customer service people having been told that i have experienced problems for a period of four months, only answer to my situation is to send out new passwords that don't work.
I've even written to icici in london and didn't receive a response.
I have substantial monies in this account which i can't get at. Does anyone really want the hassle that i have had. I'm apoplectic and no one is helping me.0 -
I am with ICICI and have never had any problems whatsoever. My transfers always happen, my interest is always put on and I am never lied to by there customer service. So far I cannot fault them.0

I have had an account with ICICI and had absolutely no problems whatsoever. In fact I have found its internet banking service to be much more reliable that some of the bigger high street names.0
