Congratulations on your new job.
Sorry you had to suffer the stress and anxiety of being unemployed; but at least it gave you space to properly settle in the two new family members.
That's all sorted, and this is perfect timing.
Very well done and good luck.0 -
Thanks again everyone

i dont want to hijack your thread and i love reading about your cats and your dog , all gorgeous especially the cuddly bear!!
but..
do they go out and what is the neighbours reaction to you having so many?? mine hates cats and makes it bloomin obvious.....0 -
I live in a flat, 1st floor.
6 flats in here, 6 flats in the other entrance - one massive communal garden.
My cats do not go out, took them out several times but they simply did not like it - they prefer to look out from the window.
George only loves to go out (ginger boy) so I take him out to the garden, leave him for an hour or so and then go down to pick him up - he runs to me when I call.
Chloe - recent here, only about 4 or 4 weeks (my memory is crap) took her out once, took me 5 hours to catch her so she is not going out yet but she will.
Teddy - the newest arrival, the massive 6kg of a cat - he wants to go but he is not very good to come if called so I am waiting a bit longer.
Generally - if I stay with them in the garden they are happy enough (my original 4, the young ones) but the second they see me going back - they run after me and want to come back too.
Teddy and Chloe come from ahouse with garden so I am sure they will like to go out but a bit too early for them, Chloe just runssssssssssssssssssssssss and teddy ... Teddy neads to learn his name first LOL
Neighbours - as I am in a flat they know I have 6 cats but it is none of their business as my cats do nto bother them.
Dog is another matter - I am housebound, she barks like mad when I try to leave.. leaving the flat is a military operation0
