Just stumbled across this thread, the pictures made me ah and laugh out loud - especially the crazy cat lady starter kit!!

My so called friend at work was likening me to the mad cat lady from the Simpsons but I had never seen her! I've got 9 in my gang, god help er I mean bless me :rotfl::rotfl:

I think word is out about my house because 2 of the neighbours (neglected) cats are also trying to move in! :eek:

I think it must get easier after 2 as they all (I assume) seem to just get on with it - my pal who has 6 has no probs with any of hers getting on.

Did anyone see the Must Love Cats prog on Animal Pla*net? Was disappointed in most of it but there was one guy who'd started a rescue centre & had over 500 cats living in the woods. It was all fenced off/secure etc & he'd built little houses as if it was a village that they all slept in - it was MAD! http://laughingsquid.com/caboodle-ranch-a-100-acre-cat-sanctuary/

Ohhhh, just did a search and have discovered it's a series - bet I've missed the 2nd one!

Yeah, after about 5 you don't realy notice the difference. I'm amazed how they all seem to just get on with it. I won't say they all get on, but they seem to keep their distance if they don't get on. Poeple told me not to get girl cats together but I have 8 girls and one boy cos the girls don't seem to wander as far - I had 2 boys run over

I showed my boyf that link to the Caboodle range and we just laughed our heads off - he said it was like being at my house!! It's sad how many unwanted cats there are. People are mean - except you lot of crayzy pet lovers :j

Went for an interview yesterday - and got a job offer over the phone on my way home from there :D:D:D

So we are staying on Animonda and Orijen

And not reducing down the number of furries at home.......

That is absolutely totally fantastic news, many many congratulations!! I hope it goes very well for you. When do you start, and what will you be doing?
