Help with Virgin Mobile please

hi,me and my partner are with virgin mobile and have had nothing but faults with the phones,my partner got the blackberry curve and i got the blackberry torch. When we received the phones my torch kept freezing and turning its self of,so my partner rang them after about 20minutes of holding he eventually got threw to someone,they was completely clueless of what to do and kept going silent. My partner was on the phone 30mins when finally she said that they would send out another phone. My partners phone the battery life is shocking he'll charge it all night switched off and come midday it'll be in red low battery and he doesn't use it as his at work,as before had to ring them and they said they'd send him a new battery it should be with him between3-5 days,got to a week and nothing. My partner had to ring them back and they had no notes on his account about a battery being sent out,they did send another battery out which took over a week to get to us. All in all to get a new battery took 3 weeks of him first ringing them. They are a night mare and i really shouldn't have took a mobile contract out with them. Iam now writing them a letter to complain,but properly won't get a reply or a response of them.
