Thank you the workers I received my letter today.What happens at this meeting can you voice yourself towards the directors to tell them exactly how you feel.If one cannot make it,do the liquidators get in touch and advise us on where we stand or have we lost anything that is outstanding.
I bet once this is all wound up Mr Hudson and Mr Perkins are back doing the same kind of work and duping other trusting members of the public who have worked had to earn the money to improve their houses,makes me so mad :mad::mad::mad:

Firstly it would seem you have some knowledge about what is going on with SEO but are hiding behind this pre tense that you are not connected in any way. Why if you are not one of the poor souls affected would you have any interest in what is going on.

Customers have been treated dreadfully, lost thousands of pounds and now have the stress of spending more money trying to get their jobs completed.

The directors may have lost money and possibly the company but that is their own fault and I have no sympathy with them, this company from a customers prospective was BADLY run and they only have themselves to blame.

Lets hope that if the company is wound up that we dont see the likes of Mr Perkins or Mr Hudson running another construction company and duping some other poor souls in to losing their hard earned money.

Lasty I am not a director, family member or anything. I have been involved in Insolvencies previously, having attended many meetings as mentioned above. I quote David Cameron, calm down dear....

I have a suspicion that you actually are Keith Perkins. If not here is my take your comments;

Keith Perkins had no feeling for my family or my children when he left my garden and the back of my house a destruction zone for well over a year. Why should I worry about his family?

Secondly, how dare you tell people to 'calm down dear'. THAT is a poor show. You either have no idea what this company has put people through or you are devoid of any empathy for it.

1. Well I think we all know exactly who you are, who else would attempt to defend the indefensible!!

There is Keith Perkins who sits in your house, drinking your tea, looking you straight in the eye and taking your money by the tens of thousands without blinking. Promising you an extension which he has NO intention of EVER providing.

We gather that he hasn't done this once or twice but numerous times, taking deposits of up to £50,000 a time without ever intending to send a workman on to the site. We have heard how he has got professionals, surveyors, inspectors, tradesmen etc to do jobs long after he knew that his business was no longer viable knowing that he had no intention of ever paying these honest people for their hard work.
NOW THAT IS POOR SHOW!

The three Partners: Mr. David Hudson, Mr. Keith Alan Perkins and his brother Mr. Ian Perkins (who jumped ship on 14th April 2011 & works for H&H Celcon ) are all culpable I believe. A forensic accountant could prove that they, all three, traded fraudulently.
Then for Keith Perkins to sell the only asset that they have left the company with, the order book, for tens of thousands of pounds we gather and what has he done with the money?
Then we hear that Keith Perkins, looking after number one, swans off to a job with Alltask Ltd. while he leaves his work force with no job or payment for jobs done.
NOW THAT IS POOR SHOW!

They have left us with a building site and debts.
We will be paying off our loan every month for years to come for money that they have stolen from us. We cannot get further loans to finish the job and we cannot sell our house in this state.
They have ruined our lives.
NOW THAT IS POOR SHOW!

When either Keith Perkins or Dave Hudson looks me in the eye again.... apologises, shows remorse and tries to make amends. THEN and only THEN can youstart preaching to me and until then you can keep your 'helpful' 'concerns' to yourself!

Dear All,

My name is Jason and I work for KSA Business Recovery LLP. I may have spoken to some of you before.

My principle at this office Miss Isobel Susan Brett was appointed Liquidator on 6th June at the meeting mentioned in the London Gazette: london-gazette.co.uk/issues/59792/pages/9778 (unfortunately I cannot hyperlink this, sorry). Though I was unable to attend the meeting of creditors I am assisting Miss Brett with the ongoing administration of the liquidation.

Would those creditors who have not already submitted a claim please send details to me at the offices of KSA Business Recovery LLP, 141 Parrock Street, Gravesend, Kent DA12 1EY. I shall be pleased to receive from any creditor any useful information concerning the company, its dealings or conduct, which may assist me in any investigation into the company's affairs. Any such information should be factual and supported by evidence where possible.

All claim amounts and concerns are pertinent, so please don't feel that you cannot or should not write to me.

For those known creditors, a report should be out to you all within the week or so.

Lastly, I will not be monitoring this web page for your responses - therefore please do not post here and expect me to respond, please contact me through either email or 'snail mail'.
